The B&B facilities are a bit dilapidated, which is a waste of such a good place, especially some of the walls in the room are leaking, the carpets are old and smelly, and the most unacceptable thing is that the shower room does not even have wine (there is only an overhead shower tray, such as a large In winter, I just take a shower but don’t wash my hair, and there is no handheld showerhead, which is a big problem). When I asked the girl at the front desk, she also said that this was the case, which was a bit strange. It may be that if it breaks, just dismantle it. When I checked in, I found that the toilet was dirty. The girl at the front desk was very good and came to clean it immediately. Hope it can be improved.

There used to be a place for lunch, but now that the restaurant is closed, I have to walk ten minutes further to eat at Utsuta and Ji's old restaurants. The big bed we originally booked was great. But the temperature dropped 20 degrees due to a heavy snowfall. We are girls and are afraid of the cold. We called the front desk to complain. The manager came to the room in one minute with the new room card and directly changed us to a larger family room with a view of the beautiful scenery outside. The warm service made the cold winter especially warm.
