The hotel manager, 任经理，was very professional and helpful. He offered us a temporary room even while waiting for our room to be ready. All the staff are helpful and kind. Is definitely a good hotel to stay in, other than the visible smoke smell in the room, which the manager helped to resolve by putting air purifier in the room. The room is cleaned and tge bed is comfortable.
Would definitely recommend to friend.

I stayed at this hotel because I went to Wukesong to watch a concert. The front desk service was very good and the manager was also very nice. He helped me push my luggage. I will stay at the Orange Hotel again next time.

I love Beijing very much. I have come here to check in once a year in the past two years. This time I came for my idol. My idol had a concert at Hua Xi Wukesong. We chose the Orange Hotel which is within walking distance. The hotel has done a great job in details. Every guest who stayed in the hotel received a postcard from Jacky Cheung, and they also prepared stamps of major attractions in Beijing. It was very thoughtful! Next to the hotel is the old chain restaurant Ziguangyuan. The yogurt and Thousand Layer Sugar Fired Roasted Buns are highly recommended!
