Hotel Reviews This stay at this Beijing hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. There are numerous shopping districts and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for both commuting and dining. The front desk service was friendly and efficient, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a particularly restful night's sleep. The facilities were complete and new, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing. The female manager was incredibly kind and gave me an upgrade, thank you.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly. The surrounding area is lovely and quiet. The shower and shower head were spotless, and the bedding was really comfortable – the pillows were so soft! They even have a robot that delivers food. It's also super close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk, which is really convenient. Highly recommend staying here!

Facilities: The renovated rooms still have a questionable design, but the basic amenities are good. Hot water is quick, the temperature is constant, and the water pressure is strong. The toilet seat is incredibly cold and hard, which is a bit off-putting. They provide both soft and firm pillows, one of which is a memory foam pillow. The hairdryer has powerful airflow, and although it's not a high-speed dryer, it's effective. Soundproofing is good, so it's not noisy even though it faces the street. Environment: Located in the northwest corner of Beijing's Second Ring Road, it's a 10-minute walk to Xizhimen Station on Line 2 (the subway station is under CapitaMall, and the time spent navigating that is almost as long as the walk above ground). It's not a 'no-man's-land' line; transportation is convenient. More importantly, if you plan to visit Tiananmen Square, you need to travel from east to west along Chang'an Avenue, so staying in the northwest avoids backtracking. There are two paths from the hotel: one goes through a park directly to the subway station, and the other passes by the Beijing Exhibition Center, where you can find breakfast shops. A towering ancient cypress tree stands in the courtyard, bringing a sense of tranquility. Next to it is a small park, and in May, the roses are in full bloom, making it a delightful experience, especially with the timely rain. Service: The front desk proactively upgraded my room and offered mailing services. They were particularly kind and friendly (they didn't treat me like an outsider and insult me, thankfully). Hygiene: I didn't find any dark corners.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its incredibly convenient location. The subway station is literally a 10-meter walk from the entrance, and you can take Line 4 directly from Beijing South Railway Station to the hotel (Xinjiekou Station, Exit D). The front desk staff were very warm and helpful; they even carried my luggage to my room door. The bathroom is small but very clean. Given the slightly older hotel facilities, this was acceptable. Soundproofing could be better, and breakfast is decent – enough to fill you up.

Mercure has always been a top choice for my friends and me when traveling in China. When checking in at 1 AM, the front desk agent, Yin Ruotong (Sweet), was still patient and meticulous in helping with the procedures. Liu Yanxiang's enthusiastic greetings brightened my day, and the auntie who cooks noodles in the restaurant always had a big smile. Wei Zhengquan at the front desk was also very helpful, patiently assisting me in finding my Taobao packages that were delivered to the hotel. A special shout-out goes to a young man at the front desk, wearing a black uniform, who worked the evening shift on May 19th; he tirelessly helped me track down numerous packages when I was collecting them. Thank you to all the staff for their thoughtful service, which made this stay particularly memorable.

Its location, less than a 10-minute walk from the subway, is incredibly convenient, and there are plenty of dining options right downstairs. Despite being in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a good sleep. The little garden downstairs also adds a unique charm. Considering the prime location and cost in this bustling capital city, this hotel offers incredible value for money and is highly recommended! The location is excellent because I was visiting a friend at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. I found this newly opened hotel online while searching for nearby accommodations. I've stayed at their other branches before, so I knew their prices are very affordable and offer great value. I was pleasantly surprised after checking in; it really was good. First, the environment is genuinely lovely. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with a very well-designed courtyard. As soon as I walked in, it felt particularly tranquil and peaceful, which is perfect for someone like me who enjoys quiet. I stayed in a single room, and it was exceptionally clean. I especially want to praise their mattresses; I'm guessing they're custom-made because the mattresses at all their branches are incredibly comfortable. The washing machines and dryers are new and fully equipped. These common facilities seem to be standard at their hotels, as they appear to be provided at every branch. In short, they're very convenient to use. The staff were super friendly and enthusiastic. I had two suitcases, and the front desk even helped me carry them to my room, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and I'll definitely come back if I have the chance!

酒店在海淀區的文慧園路上，往文慧園路的兩邊走分別是小西天站和文慧橋北站，旁邊有川菜世家，慶豐包子鋪，絲路人家等餐館。還有個大商場，不管是出行，購物，吃飯都非常的方便。而且價格在北京市區也算是很便宜了！

The hotel is just a short walk from Exit A of Ping'anli station, which is perfect for lazy people. There were a lot of foreigners, which felt a bit strange. The Huguosi snacks nearby were very convenient, and the location was great for getting around. The only downside was that the hotel and the beds were quite small.
