We visited during the May Day holiday, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel grounds are very spacious. We initially planned to visit the nearby Zooland, but our kids had so much fun at the hotel that they ended up spending two full days there instead! We got to experience Hanfu (traditional Chinese attire), tried our hand at tie-dyeing, and also enjoyed a relaxing dip in the hot springs. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious and perfectly to my taste. We'll definitely be back!

The apartment is not far from the subway station. There is a hotel supermarket in the community. After placing the order, contact the landlord. The landlord is very enthusiastic, adding micro, letter, location, community layout map, route, and location of the hotel supermarket. It is very convenient to find the room and feel like going home directly. Come by plane, take the subway directly to the Bird's Nest in the Olympic Park, very convenient, come back next time

The surroundings were excellent, and the location is super convenient as it's very close to the airport. There are plenty of dining options nearby and a mini-mart right outside the door. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Our room was spacious and bright, ensuring a very comfortable and restful stay. This place offers excellent value for money. What truly stood out was the thoughtful private car service to the airport. Big thumbs up! 👍👍👍

I've been staying here for several days and I really want to praise the front desk manager. Her service was incredibly warm, and her professionalism and attentive demeanor left a deep impression on me! During check-in, she greeted me with a constant smile, proactively and patiently explained the hotel's facilities, their locations, breakfast times, and local transportation options. Her clear and detailed answers to my questions prevented a lot of potential inconveniences later. Mid-stay, when I unexpectedly needed to print some documents, the front desk assisted immediately and efficiently. She even proactively asked if I needed to adjust my room orientation, which really highlighted their exceptional attention to detail. Check-out was just as efficient and seamless. She thoughtfully reminded me to take all my personal belongings, and her polite farewell greeting ensured the entire stay concluded on a highly pleasant note. Such high-quality service, exemplified by the manager and the entire front desk team, not only significantly enhanced my comfort during the stay but also greatly boosted my overall impression of the hotel. I will definitely prioritize choosing your hotel for my next trip, and I truly hope the hotel recognizes this employee's outstanding performance!

Not the best hotel I had stayed during my entire China trip. It’s not closed to anywhere and no eateries or restaurant nearby. But there’s a very small place to purchase cup noodles

This hotel provides exceptional service. From the moment we arrived at the airport, the driver proactively met us and helped with our bags. At the hotel, the front desk staff also took the initiative, helping with our luggage and escorting us directly to our room. Once in the room, they thoughtfully explained all the facilities and how to use them. It was incredibly considerate.
Being an older guest, I found the disposable slippers a bit slippery when showering. The front desk even went out of their way to purchase non-slip slippers for me from a nearby convenience store. No other hotel I've ever stayed at has shown such incredible attentiveness.
On our departure day, it was raining heavily, and a young man from the front desk insisted on helping us carry our luggage all the way to the car. He ended up getting completely soaked himself. I am so grateful to all the hotel staff; their service is simply outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. If you're coming to Beijing, this is definitely the place to stay!

I made the booking for 2 separate rooms, and from the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. They allowed us to check in early at 10am, which we truly appreciated. The rooms were spacious, tide and very comfortable, ideal for families, travelers, or business trips. Although there aren’t many restaurants nearby, ordering food online is easy. The hotel is also conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from the subway. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay for both of us!

LLidixiyaI came with my family to take the exam. I chose a deluxe king-size bed room. It was very comfortable. The hygiene was very good. There was a large space and two tables. My husband and I could use laptops. The bed was moderately soft and hard, and the bedding was clean and tidy. The breakfast was simple and delicious. The restaurant was very dreamy and could hold weddings. There was free parking in the front yard and the back yard. The only problem was that the trucks were a bit noisy at night. If I changed to a room in the north row, I wouldn't have this problem.
