Grand Mercure Bangalore is tucked in a beautiful location, Koramangala offering a great amalgamation of leisure and business hotels. Stayed in this property for two nights with family - my heart goes out to the entire team of the hotel but specifically who stood out are, Ms. Akansha and Mr. Mohnish from the Front Office department, Mr. Rahul from the Housekeeping department (he prepared the guestroom beautifully with his tower art), Mr. Sujith from the in-room dining time and lastly Chef Vikas and his tremendous team of culinary and food & beverage together. Thank you to all and looking forward to staying again soon!

This place is like a hideaway/second home to me whenever I need to deep focus at work. The rooms are like an apartment with all the facilities you would need for a short stay! Highly recommend becoming a member to avail of discounts and gain reward points. They are part of the Accor group of hotels worldwide. Overall, 10/10 if you plan a visit and know what you want to get out of this place. :)

The food, housekeeping and the spa everything was beyond expectation. Very friendly staff be it housekeeping, restaurants, room service or reception. Gym is also properly equipped. The spa is one of the best in Bangalore. Enjoyed every bit of our stay.

Located in a nice place in town close to several good restaurants and shopping centers The hotel itself has a pleasant restaurant with several choices in breakfast and dinner The rooms are spacious with very good amenities The room has a balcony where tourists can relax on bangalore good weather Thanks to the hotel receptionist Mr. Binto for the high quality service

So me and my bae went to the tattva spa for a quick session but ended up taking 120 mins as the massage was so good and relaxing.The deals and price is great ,ambience is good ,worth every penny spent .thanks to all the ladies they all were friendly and very warm and welcoming will be coming back again.peace

Nice hotel with very friendly staff who looked after me very well. The food in the restaurant the veranda was excellent. I used the gym which was well equipped and the swimming pool is a good size. I'd visit again and recommend it to a friend for sure.
