Hotel Corvallis

Wall HVAC blew cold air at 86 degrees, no heat and had to have manager onsite at time bring in electric floor heater and due to size of room still cold even to the next morning. Electrical outlet used for TV was broken and when trying to plug in my laptop TV went off, unplug it and TV back on. All gtile floor nice and cold also. Nice to have warm clothes to sleep in!

We were placed in a room that had an adjoining room and without a table and only one chair but with two bunk beds that we didn’t need. The people connected to our room were talking loudly and slamming doors throughout the night. Will not stay here again.

Great room with refrigerator but noisy neighbors opening and closing their doors without respect of those next door No one at check in kiosk upon arrival and the attendant was not super friendly when he did arrive but loved The Caves restaurant around the block and the walkability

Nice enough room, if you like industrial chic. Shower was nice, but only really hot water at night. Room was very cold in March. Heater/AC efficient, but extremely loud - like an industrial blower - on the lowest level. Had to turn it off to sleep or be in the room, so was often cold. Pretty clean, but dusty around the edges, e.g. shower rod, around sink. Parking was a little tight and difficult to get out at times.

Unique location behind gas station and restaurant. Room was clean. Motel well-lit, seemed popular and busy.

This is the third time I’ve stayed here and it’s always been great. The only negative was the second morning this trip there was only hot water for about 2 minutes. The parking spots are also really tight if you have anything larger than a car. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the future.

Really basic, like staying in a third world country. Shouldn’t really complain, because it had everything you need but not in a generous way. (Currently being renovated.)

Unfortunately our terrible first impression ruined our opinion of the hotel. We arrived at 4pm, checked in, and went to take showers. There was NO hot water. We waited a bit, tried different strategies with the faucet, and eventually called the front desk. Their response: “A lot of people just checked in so they are all likely taking showers now. Try again in an hour or so”. No apology, no sympathy, no offer of a creative solution. Just “it’s an old hotel, what do you expect?” We were gaslit into thinking that no hot water at a hotel is a normal thing. We had to take freezing cold showers and head off to our appointments. The next morning and the following morning the hot water was just fine. Isn’t *that* when the majority of people would be taking showers? We also didn’t appreciate the $100 credit card hold for any incidental charges. Beds were comfortable. Floors are not carpeted, and felt cold. The comment someone else made about their remodel being lipstick on a pig is just right. Would not stay here again.

Dakota was amazing! The checkin was smooth and he was super helpful! The room was remodeled and very nice! Love the shower and the bed was super comfortable!
