The hotel is not big, but it is very clean and the service is very considerate. It was said that check-in would be after 2 o'clock, but I arrived early and was waiting for the room. At 1 o'clock, the boss came over and said that a room was available and you could check in in advance.

The attitude of the waiters is very good, the location is a bit out of the way, the room is generally hygienic, it is a long walk from the subway station, and there are very few restaurants around, so people who are not driving themselves should choose with caution.

We went as a couple for a dance competition. It seems out of the way but with two metro stops and one station nearby. Upon arrival, the automatic check-in seems very cold because you don't find any staff to welcome you but in the morning they are there for breakfast and they are kind and helpful. I especially recommend for cleaning

The bed is a little small, but everything else is good.

The room was modern and we'll maintained. The mattress was very comfortable. The check in process is kiosk driven in the afternoon which was seamless. I'm surprised the front desk is staffed in the morning vs afternoon as the check in process is more challenging than check out. Also would be great if the check in process was better explained upfront and in English for non Germans as all correspondence was in German.

The room was big

The room itself is very good and clean. The only thing missing is a refrigerator. My problem was when checking in, I had to pay the full amount again at the machine even though I had already paid it online at *******. There were no employees and you couldn't reach anyone from the hotel by phone.

The handicapped accessible shower had no water barrier, so the entire bathroom was under water when showering.

The room was very clean. The only thing was that the hairdryer in the bathroom was very dusty. But otherwise I have no other complaints.

The beds were OK. But that was the only thing. No information beforehand that this was an online check-in hotel. I stood in front of a locked door in the rain and had to use a check-in terminal that didn't work. The emergency number on the check-in answered "You are calling outside of our business hours. I arrived at 5:30 p.m. The food is on the level of a youth hostel. The price for the overnight stay including breakfast is not justified. I canceled the second night without any reimbursement from the hotel. I argued for 30 minutes at reception.
