The hotel was ok. Not the best one but i thought that it will be better before I came. +The room was not too big but for 1/2 person enough - Location is good but you have to walking a little bit to reach the s station or the u station - the room was cleaned but the toilet smells when bit

Avoid here if you don't want to stay with the smell of poo. It's not that close to the airport. You don't have to stay here

No air con, room was to street side, quite loud. They gave us a fan to cook the room but didn't really help

Good to spend the night in

A nice, clean hotel in the middle of Neukölln. The room was very clean and the reception was very friendly. The location is very good and the surroundings are very quiet. Highly recommended!

About 12 minutes walk from the subway entrance. The room is clean, with a large space and complete facilities, but the sound insulation is slightly poor. You need to bring your own slippers and toiletries. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is low, and there are long queues of people waiting. The staff who checked me in went on with their own business and made me wait for a long time. I asked her when I could check in and she told me to wait, so I missed my Capitol Dome appoin**ent. When checking out, it was another staff member who was very enthusiastic and efficient.

The location is a little far, but it's very close to the attractions by car. The room is neat and clean, the bathroom is also very good, and the whole environment is new, just like in the photos. Unfortunately, I didn't book breakfast.

The hotel is very easy to reach, cheap and clean. You have your peace and can stay for yourself.

The hotel in general was very tidy and everything ran well. I was pleasantly surprised that there was someone at the desk 24/7, especially when I needed a taxi to the airport at 5 am. The bed was hard, though, and there weren't enough pillows provided. Small point--I stayed for 9 nights and my sheets weren't changed. Maybe my fault since I didn't ask specifically. Everyone was very pleasant.

Thank you for a warm and welcoming stay! Only 3 nights but perfect for the price, well situated and safe - staff were all kind and breakfast buffet was massive and delicious! Also liked the back terrace garden area with picnic tables for sunny days! Will stay here again!

Clean, modern, fairly basic but as expected. Good value for money with a warm and comfortable small bar area. Rooms very well sound-proofed. No aircon. Staff friendly and location easy to reach.

Good location, close to S &U bahn stations, lots of restaurants nearby, quiet rooms, happy to store luggage after check out......

It was comfortable and mostly fine. The chair bed is not suitable for someone to sleep on. There were no sheets provided for it even.

Hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff were very pleasant. Good base to explore Berlin from 2 S and U Bahn stations within about a 5 min walk. Area around hotel felt a bit "iffy" especialy if you were walking back late at night but we encountered no issues and i would certainly stay again
