The location of the hotel is very good, within walking distance to the square, and the breakfast is very good. There is no air conditioning in the entire hotel, please note. When I made a reservation on Ctrip, I saw that the payment method was credit card. In the end, the front desk said that I could only pay in cash, so I contacted Ctrip. Throughout the process, Ctrip customer service said that the agent would contact the hotel. No one answered the phone at the hotel front desk, so I sat at the front desk the whole time. I asked for the hotel phone number and sent it to Ctrip. Ctrip said that the agent would Shang said no one answered, and the front desk clerk was scrolling through Tik Tok the entire time. I negotiated with the hotel and checked in the next day before paying. During this period, I contacted Ctrip but the agent was still unable to contact the hotel. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nagpukhu! The location is perfect—just a short walk from Bhaktapur Durbar Square and right next to the tranquil Nag Pokhari pond. The rooms were clean, cozy, and beautifully designed with a traditional Nepali touch. The staff was warm, helpful, and made me feel at home. If you're looking for a peaceful and authentic experience in Bhaktapur, I highly recommend this boutique hotel. Great value, great vibes!
