Service from the staff were top notch. They have been very responsive to our messages, assisted us on anything we ever requested for. They even swapped our room to a better one and indeed we had a really peaceful sleep. They offered services like free ride to and fro baisha and suhe ancient towns. The breakfast was delicious as well. We were in love with the views of the yulong snow mountain and the photos were exactly the same as real life. We went to the snow mountain and the staff gave us some tips. Do purchase the oxygen canisters from them which costs only a quarter of the price compared to the ones sold at snow mountain. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to lijiang.

The hotel service was fantastic 🥹 They held onto all the packages I sent ahead of time and even helped me carry them up to my room 🥹 They thoughtfully left a blade for me to easily open the packages. Not only did they bring my packages to the room, but they also helped us with our four large suitcases during check-in and check-out 🥹 The room's location was excellent, with a view of the snowy mountains. I was so lucky to be able to see the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise' right from my room, without having to wake up early and brave the cold outside to wait for it 😍 The hotel offers breakfast and snacks, and the service is truly exceptional 💯. They even offered to drive us to a nearby ancient town, which was just wonderful 🫶🏻. I'll definitely be back next time 🫶🏻 (Sorry if the photos are a bit blurry, they're screenshots from a video.)

Five-star service at a three-star price! A special thank you to the owner for their incredibly thoughtful care throughout my stay. From waiting for me to check in, to helping with my luggage, delivering afternoon tea, and providing transfers to and from the ancient town, every step was full of sincerity and attention to detail. When I checked out, I forgot something, and the owner conveniently arranged for its return. The Pu'er tea they recommended was delicious, and my family loved it. Thank you for your genuine care. I wish the hotel owner a prosperous business and abundant wealth.

The service was exceptional! They helped with our luggage, gave us rides, and even provided afternoon tea, which made us feel so warm and welcome as travelers. From our room, we had a stunning view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and in the mornings, we could enjoy the 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' without even leaving. The hotel is located just outside the North Gate of Shuhe Old Town, about a 15-minute walk to the gate. I'd recommend asking the front desk staff for a ride there. Breakfast was also delicious. All in all, a truly wonderful experience!

This hotel is super conveniently located right at the intersection. As soon as we got out of the car, the owner came out to greet us and even upgraded us to a peak-view room. They also offer a thoughtful afternoon tea, and every detail in the room is meticulously handled. The living environment is quiet and clean. In the morning, you can go to the 4th-floor restaurant to watch the 'sun-kissed golden mountains' and enjoy a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!

I arrived very late, but the owner stayed up waiting for me, and even helped me with my luggage. The hotel's location is excellent, right by the main road, making it convenient for driving or taking a taxi. Food deliveries can also be brought directly to the room, and there are shared e-bikes available right outside. They even offer shuttle services to Shuhe and Baisha. The hotel view is absolutely stunning; you get a direct view of the snow-capped mountains. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise illuminate the golden peaks right from your bed, completely unobstructed. It's beautiful and incredibly relaxing. The location is truly superb.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, nestled between Shuhe Ancient Town and Baisha Ancient Town, right at the northernmost end of the guesthouse cluster. From the room window, you get a direct view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, perfect for capturing the 'Golden Mountain in the Sunrise' phenomenon in the mornings. The top-floor rooms even feature stargazing windows! The owner is incredibly kind and proactively helped with luggage. All our requests, like extra blankets and drinking water, were readily accommodated.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, close to two towns. The room was very tidy with a view of the snowy mountains. Breakfast was also good. If the owner isn't busy, they can even drive you to the ancient town. The facilities and amenities are well-equipped. The projector and smart controls are all very convenient. The owner is incredibly enthusiastic (and I really mean *incredibly* enthusiastic).

Caught the snow mountain and rainbow during a cloudy day, great service and great location if you prefer peace and quiet stay with snow mountain view.

The room was spotless and clean, and the mattress, duvet, and duvet cover were incredibly soft – unlike other hotels where the covers can feel stiff. I slept super comfortably! The rice noodles at breakfast were delicious too; I ate them for three days straight and never got tired of them. The owner was really nice and very enthusiastic. This B&B offers great value for money, I highly recommend it!!!!!
