Great all-round hotel, excellent restaurant/bar and sauna/pool/beauty spa facilities and customer service. 

Was quite and very nice. Our family had a good time, especially with the nice swimming pool.

Great place, clean room and friendly staffs.

The location is not good, there are almost no shopping or dining places around! I arrived in the evening and bought a beer. Is there any tool in the room that can open the bottle cap? The hotel is large but there are too few supporting dining shops to choose from! Waiting for breakfast the next day, the variety was average but the service was pretty good😊

It is actually a real hotel with a lobby and a swimming pool (it is best not to go there), which is rare in Germany, although it is very old.

Just outside the center of Bonn, quiet and spacious. There is a fee for underground parking, but it is free on the surface. The service is good and the overall price/performance ratio is very high.

Location was quite okay 👍🏼 Were thrown out at 12pm sharp🤣 But that shows that it is serious.👍🏼

Good large hotel, everything in order, clean and extensive breakfast.

The pictures from the spa promise more then available. All in all, 2 small sauna rooms, each for a maximum of 6 people. 1 closed defective. Pool ok but a spa is different in the hotel category. Service good, even if you can say that if a restaurant says everything is reserved and then it is only 50% occupied for hours, what is wrong with the reservation system.
