We had booked a junior suite for the disabled. When we wanted to check in today, the room wasn't made yet, so we were asked to go to the restaurant. Cheese spaetzle and rösti with spinach and fried egg. After a while my wife was asked to go to the front desk, they noticed that I was handicapped, since a suite in the main building was more appropriate, but the ancient furniture and mini wet cell were completely unsuitable. Now I was told I had to walk to the main building from my booked suite, which was absurd with a wheelchair. So we only had to leave, impossible to calculate €62 for this meal!!! Now we have landed in a dream hotel with first-class service about 50 km away

Die Seele baumeln lassen. Man fühlt sich wohl, wie Zuhause. Das Essen war vorzüglich und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kommen wieder! :-)

wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. unser Zimmer war hervorragend. das Essen war gut bis sehr gut (ausser etwas salzig) das Wellness ist ansprechend obwohl der Saunabereich eher klein ist. Die Behandlungen waren eher zufriedenstellend.... sind uns schon anderes gewöhnt! der Service (Reception war hervorragend und uns wurde auch liegengebliebene Sachen sofort nachgeschickt). Herzlichen Dank

Die Mischung des Wetters gab optimale Rahmenbedingungen, tolle Lage für Wanderungen direkt vom Haus weg in die Natur, anschließend Entspannung pur im Pool, Sauna und Salarium! Vielleicht hätte eine ausführlichere Einweisung in das täglich wechselnde Programm noch dazu geführt, dass wir ein paar mehr Angebote genutzt hätten, aber wir waren hoch zufrieden!!!!

Lage ist ok. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Der SPA Bereich enttäuschte uns. Im Solebecken waren nur die Hälfte der Düsen in Betrieb. Die Anlage verteilt sich auf 3 Ebenen. Abreisetag nur bis 11.00 Uhr benutzbar.

Was für eine wunderschöne Auszeit mit tollen Gastgebern, welche an alles denken. Ich durfte einen tollen Geburtstag dort feiern und wunderschöne Entspannungstage geniessen. Das Essen war einfach köstlich und jedem zu empfehlen. Das Bad ist klein aber fein und die Wellnessoase mit der Salzsteinhöhle kuschelig schön. Ich werde jedem den ich kenne diesen Geheimtipp empfehlen.

Entspannung und Erholung mit Alpenblick, sehr gutem Essen in Bio Qualität und ansprechendem kleinem Wellness-Bereich. Die Junior-Suiten im neuen Anbau sind wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Der April scheint ein eher ruhiger Monat zu sein, es waren (gefühlt) wenig Gäste da, was gut für die Nutzung des Spa-Bereichs ist, aber auch der Service war insgesamt etwas "runtergefahren". Die Saunen sind erst ab 14:00 in Betrieb, auch in der Haus Bar ging es sehr ruhig zu. Das mag sich ab Do und über das Wochenende ändern, wir waren von So-Mi da.

L'hôtel vaut par son côté bio et son spa. On apprécie la cuisine tournée vers les gens allergiques (gluten, lactose). On regrette la répétition de certains plats un jour après l'autre. Les portions sont importantes (trop), il pourrait y avoir des demi-portions sur certaines entrées par exemple. Si on ne sait pas l'allemand, certaines informations sont difficiles à saisir.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer das keine Wünsche offen lies. Das Essen war hervorragend. Das Personal war sowohl bei den Anwendungen, im Shop und der Loung und im Restaurant stehts auf unsere vollste Zufriedenheit bedacht und haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher gerne wieder.
