Really enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle. Love the showers powerful and good temperature control, slight downside for water sipping through but all is good. It’s in close proximity to the beach so that was nice, however the part of the beach we were close to had a lot of seaweed. Breakfast was ok standard options which sufficed. We like the two Queen size bed per room setup. One of the thing that we were really thankful for is that they accommodated for our friend’s dietary requirements as she had to fast for the month of Ramadan.

We stayed here for three nights 9-12 January. We had an early check in at 2. Staff as usual are always friendly and helpful the free shuttle to and from D Mall was handy. Unfortunately the breakfast is not very appealing or something to rave about. Everything is cold they don’t have the burners on to keep the food warm. We got a good deal with Trip.com We plan to return in June hopefully there will be good rates and they will improve on their breakfast.

Far from Dmall but they offer free shuttle. Breakfast is typical but good. The rooms are sooo big didn’t expect that. (Comparing to Henann where we usually stay). Love the staffs, super accommodating! Especially the OJTs

The arrangement of the rooms is quite awkward. Although there is a balcony, when you go out, you will look at each other in the opposite room. There is indeed a problem with toilet drainage Take a shower and the whole room will be wet Apart from sharing the same beach with Lind, there is nothing good about it. no hairdryer The hotel shuttle to Dmall is only until 5 o'clock No advance notice Then the driver often goes out and lets you take a taxi. There were too few guests when I went there. There is no buffet breakfast at all. Breakfast is terrible. I suspect it’s because there are so few people. The chef just left work and let the apprentices cook whatever they want.

It feels like being humiliated to stay in this hotel, giving the worst room to the Chinese. I booked a balcony room with sea view, but it turned out that there was no light on the first floor, as if it was a room in the ba*****t, and it was very damp when I walked in. I asked for a room change, but the result was an extra 600 yuan, which was given by Ctrip. I wanted to give Ctrip a thumbs up for the service, so that tourists who were far away from the country felt a touch of warmth. Only the attitude of the hotel staff is okay, after all, they are part-time workers. The ice cube face at the front desk feels that I owe it millions. The room that I paid for is not very good. The front of the balcony and the sea view was blocked by the hotel in front of the hotel. There is a problem with the drainage of the bath, the water spreads out, and it is difficult to go to the toilet. It is recommended not to recommend such a hotel to everyone, it is an obvious act of humiliating the Chinese.

Had a chance to visit Pinnacle and dine at Charlie's restaurant. My favorite is their filipino style spaghetti and panini. The first time i had lunch and ordered Sinigang na Baboy last October 12,2023, it was superb and thanks to the Chef Rusty, you made it feel like home. I always come here with my spare time and make friends with the staff. Thank you to RJIE and the rest of the F&B team for accommodating us nicely when we dine. Ms Little who I bumped with, who take care breakfast is very lovely and sweet. To Ms Joy and Ms Edz for being welcoming every time had a chance to meet us at the lobby. To Jane for accommodating my reservation and Sir Ralph for helping out when i was looking for a room. Thank you Pinnacle for the experience. Will definitely comeback :)

Staff were friendly, spacious and comfortable room, and the pool was clean and big enough with lounge chairs. Nowella of the front desk was really helpful. Location was also convenient with access to the beach. Staff were attentive to needs

Staff were amazing. Allowed us to check in about 3 hours early which was great... Food and hospitality were that of a 5 star hotel. Will definitely recommend to others coming here and rebook if we come back! Pool was amazing and only a short walk to beach. Food amazing in restaurant.

I have been coming to Boracay since I was a teen and in over the 20 years we've been going there, Pinnacle is one of the top accommodations I've stayed in. You are greeted with warm friendly, staff and a welcome drink and the pristine rooms were spacious and felt a little luxe with the high ceilings for our family of five. The pool was a relaxing and enjoyable place to be if you wanted some respite from the busy beach (the hotel kindly provides beach towels), and the complimentary breakfast varied every day with a good variety to choose from. The staff onsite were especially attentive and always smiling, and I appreciated the thoughtful details added like the refreshments cart at the top of the stairwell that leads you to white beach. The free shuttle was also immensely helpful, particularly with our little ones in tow, and you are also a short walk from Robinsons mall which has a department store from where you can buy things that would be cheaper than at D'mall.

Serene resort with impeccable maintenance. Courteous staff. Food is delicious at reasonable prices. Good access to the beach. Service for outside dining is provided, including drop-off and fetching with just one call. Pumpkin soup is a must-try.

We spent 2 nights at the Pinnacle before we moved onto our wedding venue, The Lind. We chose to stay here as it is directly behind The Lind. We paid for a private transfer which could have ran a bit more smoothly. We had been provided with clear instructions of where we needed to go. However, we were approached by a man (not in any kind of Pinnacle uniform) who took our passports and told us to stay put whilst he disappeared for a short while in a very busy and crowded area of the airport. Once we were on the transfer van, it was absolutely fine. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the friendly staff but unfortunately no welcome drinks as specified in our booking confirmation. The pool area is lovely and easy access to White Beach via the stairs at the side of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was good, I do think there could be a few more options available, especially when it came to drinks. We booked a Superior Room which was spacious and clean and absolutely perfect for our short stay. We had no view of anything though as all windows were frosted. Great value for money for the location!

Our room is big and very clean. Complete with mini bar and complete toiletries. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms and the entire resort is very clean. Just need a little improvement with the buffet breakfast. But overall I had a fantastic stay. Will come back.
