Room was big and spacious. See view from window was very nice. Showers has good water flow and warm. Only down side was room wasn't cleaned properly. Menu and windows was dirty. Needs a deep clean I think!

This is a two star hotel and once you remember that, you know that it is awesome. Clean comfortable and a nice location. Staff are friendly and helpful and really a credit to the hotel. This is my first choice when I stay in Bournemouth again and I will now look for the Travelodge brand more widely. Thanks.

Very basic services. Parking for additional fee, wifi for additional fee, room services contain towels and tea/coffe renewals only (if you lucky - we were completely ignored once, and cups havent been replaced once). Location is good.

We couldn’t come and I asked them before the book day one month ago and they didn’t allow to refund my money or cancel my book and I never want to book again with you because I have bad experiences from you and I have booked for two days and I stayed for one night and I wanted to move and cancel another day and the manager accepted and said will give me my money but she didn’t send the money back. And the trip app from the bad app I used

Stayed here for 2 nights when we went to see Keane at the BIC. Great location…breakfast had everything we needed…service great! We would definitely use this travel lodge again if in Bournemouth. Very good value for money, especially if you are out and about most of the day. Nothing to complain about.

Good location, however very worn hotel and no air conditioning. Small desk fan which was not much use. Very limited parking which if you are lucky enough to get a space, very reasonably priced (£7.50 for 24 hours). Picked travelodge because you know what you’re getting however would not return to this one again, do not believe its value for money.

To be suddenly woken up by the cleaner AN HOUR before checkout is not restful and completely unnecessary. Also expensive parking at the hotel which isn’t designated is ridiculous if you leave and can’t get back in even though you’ve paid

We found our room dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable, lots of noise coming from outside , we stayed for breakfast and a lot of it was cold!

A good clean hotel with friendly staff,A warm welcome,a good sized room along with a great sleep.A great breakfast in the morning at a super price and everything you need on your doorstep including a little shop at the end of the road if your in need of anything.

Experienced bed bugs, couldn’t sleep properly. Got bitten in body several places. I want a solution for this I have picture of the bed bugs and bitten marks.

Rooms & stairs needs refreshing. Outside the back by our window view rats were by the bins staff were smoking. Parking is limited onsite but there is a car park within walking distance of around 5-8min charge £12 for 24hrs

Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff, fabulous position, short walk to the beach and even a park for the dogs bedtime walk
