I absolutely loved this hotel! 

During this trip, I stayed at four different hotels, and this one was definitely the best. It was also my first hotel stay on this island, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to start.

From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed. The hospitality was amazing … the staffs were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to relax. 🩷

And the breakfast? Truly super awesome! There were so many tasty and fresh choices every morning. It was the best breakfast I had among all the hotels I stayed in.

This hotel made my trip even more special and unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island, and I can’t wait to come back again!

Everything was amazing. The service, especially Tristan (reception), Thai & Hai (restaurant), the cleaning team, the buggy drivers, the nurse... everyone in the staff! They treated us so nicely, and the hotel itself is an absolute dream! The bedrooms are super clean, the house is huge, and it was super cool to have our own swimming pool! I had the best experience ever in this hotel, and we are willing to come back one day!

Additionally, the 15,000 Steps🚶♀️ Reward Program was super creative, and you should consider running🏃♂️ inside the hotel to get 500,000 💰 VND reward at the same time as you get healthy! 😁👍

Everything near the hotel...we booked executive heritage king. The room was spacious for 4 of us..  Free flow coffee tea at the lobby...Clean room, attentive staff,very welcoming. Pool at roof top level 4(1.2m) overlooking the waves.Kids pool 0.7m. Overall, we really had a great time staying here.. 
Theres a food court at beachwalkmall walkable from the hotel.Variety of Indonesian food. We love it.

This resort is absolutely fantastic ! It’s expensive for the area but once you get there you can see why, it’s well worth it.
We were looking for beach side room with beautiful sunset views and lots of relaxation and pampering and this place has got this 100% .
If I could make a suggestion for an even more relaxing atmosphere it would be that the music played around the pool and beach front restaurant is too loud and quite
An acquired taste and this did distract a little when you’re trying to chat over dinner or just relax in the pool. Other than this can’t fault it.

This is a difficult review to write as the QE2 is a very famous passenger liner (not a cruise ship) converted into a hotel, which means that it is nothing like a normal hotel and cannot be judged as one. By necessity it is moored in the docks area far from the city and there is almost nothing nearby. However that is rapidly changing and the whole area is undergoing massive regeneration.  The new reception building is first class as are the staff. We were made most welcome and shown to our room (cabin) by a consierge, who explained the layout of the ship to us. The cabins have been very successfully converted into modern hotel rooms with many of the original ship fittings retained, providing a nostalgic touch. The dining facilities were excellent. A massive buffet breakfast to start and an excellent evening meal with our half board package. This a full three courses from the a la carte menu, a touch of class. The downside of the dining is that it is at the rear of the hotel and if you have a room at the front then it is a long walk. If you are expecting a modern conversion then you will be disappointed as the hotel has retained many of the ship's fixtures and fittings, which, although very high quality are now a bit dated. Each day there is a Heritage Tour of the hotel where the history of the ship is explained. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay and would highly recommend it  It is an experience not to be missed, not a hotel stay.
