Staying on 22nd floor in a  2 bedroom suite is just superb. Rooms are spacious, full of amneties ( except that robes arent provided). The whole BTS hotel & mall with monorail station provide a complete package. Parking is ample but a bit confused to find the correct entrance for hotel guests until someone informed us about Gate no 2.

On the day of arrival, alighted from GrabCar, no help with the luggage from the two staff standing the valet.

Check-in was okay, average waiting time. 

Location was good and within walking distance to many places, however too messy at the street outside the hotel. 

And one thing to note: the front door heading to the street open till 10pm only. 

Room: Queen-sized bed, pillow too soft, can’t feel anything when lie down. But two pillows like too tall to sleep on. 

Toilet: shower and toilet is separated, good.

Located at the city centre - opposite of Petaling Street, and 5 min away from Plaza Rakyat LRT. This was my second time staying there.

This place actually is so romantic and feels like Europe, but the inside room needs to be improved, first feel alot of sand at floor, second toothpaste and toothbrush did not provide and also shower 🚿 carpet towel did not provide too.

The counter service is perfect but maybe the room cleaner did not clean well and also did not check . Lucky service is good, we had call after shower and they provided us toothpaste and towel too.  

At the Entertainment fireshow, last minute two of the people did not appear and the staff still provided his energy and let me feel good 💯 best fireshow . 

Even the oldest design ,service, and breakfast all do a good job. I hope to enjoy a 3-day 2night if I have time to come here.

We booked this hotel for a one night staycation with our friends. While we were there, we saw 2 weddings and a Company having their annual dinner. The enviroment is clean, secure and very refreshing , surrounded by many trees. We had super nice rooms and since it was our anniversary, The Chateau decorated our bed with a pair of towel swans , very beautifully folded. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Service at the hotel was excellent everywhere we went. They even have free yoga sessions where we all participated and had a good time stretching and laughing at ourselves. Food at the Restaurant,  next to the pool was nice with hearty portions. Overall, the stay was wonderful. We will definitely return for another stay, perhaps longer. Just be sure to keep your windows and doors closed at all times as some friendly monkeys are roaming about.

Room is big but is not well maintained.. Quite a lot of plug are not functioning. Air-corn’s compressor sound very loud. Hope this problem can be fix then will be perfect. Staffs are polite and helpful. Breakfast are good too. We like the environment there. Very relaxing. 

Staff so attentive especially bellman.. room mcm bersih, tp bila baring, bantal dia busuk bau kepam.. kalau 1 je x pe.. semua bantal dia busuk dlm bilik yg aku dpt.. haha.. so a bit x selesa utk tidur.. toilet ok, cuma toilet bowl a bit kotor.. paling best breakfast dia.. kalau nak add cuma RM30 per pax.. food was soooo flavourful.. b’fast buffet dia pun quite byk choice utk RM30 tuh.. cuma xde lah live stall buat telo.. but sedap.. hehe.. building ni attach dgn zon bebas cukai.. sekeliling dia byk je kedai.. so x risau nak cari food luar..
