I would highly recommend this hotel. Room is very clean and spacious. Service is very good. Customer service speaks english. Location is great with restaurants all around. MRT station is just beside the hotel although we usually travel via Didi. There's a customer service guy named Mr Duan who is very helpful in answering our queries. Beautiful floral arrangements in the lobby too. Highly recommended and will definitely l go back to this hotel again.

The hygiene and environment are quite good. Although the facilities are old, they are well-maintained, and the room air is fresh. However, the restaurant is really bad. It looks like there's a good variety, but there are five or six types of boiled eggs alone, and the meat options are just some sausages, worse than pre-made meals. The most terrible thing is the attitude of the restaurant staff. They just collect money with no service. They started vacuuming in front of guests while they were still eating. When I politely asked them to vacuum later, they argued with me, saying it was the rule at Xiamen Hotel. After arguing, they even called the manager in front of me, saying a guest wouldn't let them vacuum. The most bizarre thing is that after I complained about this, the hotel didn't do anything about it. Instead, after I checked out, they called me and begged me not to leave a review on Trip.com??? I originally wanted to give everything one star, but the staff in Building 5 are all very nice. They would proactively ask if we needed help when they saw us hesitating. Also, the uncle driving the buggy was very warm and polite.

Our main reason for staying here was to see the sunrise over the sea with our kids. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to an executive room, and we got some incredible photos from the balcony. We explored the area around the hotel; the beach was just a 10-minute walk away, and the scenery was perfect for pictures. (All photos are straight from the camera, no editing!).

The welcome fruit on the first day was seriously lacking. However, after we checked out, the hotel immediately followed up. Upon learning about the issue, they were incredibly diligent. When we were collecting our luggage, the follow-up manager specifically waited for us at the concierge desk and presented us with a hotel souvenir. NICE!

Very convenient location just next to the station - jianye metro station. I love that I could just take a stroll up the mountain that was just opposite the hotel too! They had nice welcoming snacks too while I waited for my room to be ready.

From arrival, the hotel impressed me with its beautiful surroundings, lush greenery, and excellent facilities. Guest Service Manager Veronica was exceptionally welcoming—she showed us the stunning 70,000 sqm garden and even provided food to feed the swans, peacocks, and other wildlife, making our stay truly special.  
The staff were consistently friendly—front desk and concierge always greeted us with warm smiles, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere.  
The combination of breathtaking scenery, modern amenities, and outstanding service made this a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Great place with nice garden, indoor pool and bath in almost every room. Xiaoming and Xiao Yu, the Lobby Manager were very helpful to accommodate our requests.

Overall it is good, the front desk service is very enthusiastic; someone opens the door in the lobby; someone will guide the parking lot when there are many cars; the room is spacious and quiet, the cleanliness and hygiene are in place, and it is also quiet; the auntie comes to clean every day, prepares the supplies and snacks; the breakfast is also OK, there are not many varieties of Western breakfast. The bathroom and toilet are separated 👍, there is plenty of hot water, and the water pressure is also stable. There is a self-service laundry room on the first floor. I would like to make a suggestion, whether it is possible to install screens. This time, on the first day of arrival, I looked at the window for ventilation, and mosquitoes came in. I fought with it for 500 rounds at night and finally won ✌️

Free round-trip shuttle bus during the concert: Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Hotel was the right choice. The hotel has a beautiful environment and the lobby concierge service is very good. They actively help with luggage. Xiao He at the front desk was enthusiastic and introduced the hotel facilities. I was very satisfied with the room arranged this time. The sea view of the Ring Island Road was beautiful. The operator at the guest service center was also very patient. The hotel also has a children's playground, sand digging tools and other parent-child facilities. I will come again if I have the chance

As a fan who came to Xiamen to watch Zhang Jie's concert, the experience of staying at Xiang'an Yuehua Hotel this time exceeded expectations! The hotel is full of surprises from details to services.
The hotel arranged a free shuttle bus to the Olympic Sports Center in advance, completely avoiding traffic anxiety! What's more surprising is that the bus is equipped with mineral water and refueling bags, and it is also responsible for picking up after the show. When checking in, I also received ”star-chasing support materials”, some small card light sticks~
The service of the guest relations director Shanshan is also in place! From calling to confirm the itinerary before check-in to actively asking about the room requirements, the whole process is meticulous and thoughtful.
The hotel is cleaned very clean during the holidays, and the check-in experience is particularly good. After the show, the hotel also prepared free supper.
From star-chasing logistics to emotional resonance, Yuehua really understands the needs of fans! The shuttle bus is worry-free, the support materials are heartwarming, and Director Shanshan's ”enthusiastic service” is touching-next time for Xiamen concerts, lock in here without hesitation!

Cotton used in the hotel have very high counts so they are soft and comfortable.  The bedding is just the right hardness and makes sleeping a pleasure.
Airconditioning is adequate so the room temperature is always very cool in view of the hot climate during the month of August.

The only short coming is the lack of a Nespresso making machine for a hotel of this category.  Further for the province of Fuzian, the hotel should offer guest a choice of some great teas from Fuzhou.

Otherwise our stay was pleasant and I highly recommend the value for staying at this Lakeside hotel.

The hotel has a good environment and is very quiet. When you come in, you can see several security guards who will help with luggage. The service is really good. The front desk is very enthusiastic and introduces the hotel and surrounding attractions and food. The breakfast is also very rich and tastes good. The room is clean and tidy. , the bath water volume is sufficient and the pressure is high, the switch operation is simple and convenient, the air conditioning cooling effect is good, the whole experience is great value for money, I will choose this hotel again when I go to Fuzhou!

I stay in dozens to one or two hundred hotels every year, and few staff are as serious and considerate as Liyuzhou Hotel. Everyone feels that they really like their job and treat guests as if they are at home. This also proves that The management ability of the superior leaders is top-notch. I've stayed at the C&D Hotel in Xiamen before, but it didn't leave much of an impression. I originally planned to book a five-star hotel, but ended up choosing C&D because of the room type, and it was surprisingly good! I have to give it a full five-star rating! The service was excellent; you could really feel that the staff were genuinely enthusiastic. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the breakfast table flip cards were a creative first – very thoughtful. The value for money is superb! If I hadn't already planned my itinerary, I would have definitely extended my stay. One small thing that could be improved is the signage for the swimming pool on the fifth floor; it could be clearer. It's almost comical that a single pool has changing rooms on two different floors, which completely confused me when I couldn't find a locker for my clothes. This time, the C&D Hotel left a deep impression.

I went to Quanzhou with my friends on May Day. There are not many good hotels to choose from in Quanzhou. I thought the hotel management would be chaotic when I saw the dazzling array of gifts. But since Visan contacted me the day before, it was basically a perfect experience. The plane arrived in the morning and arranged for early check-in. The breakfast was rich and varied with many local snacks. I also experienced the hotel restaurant for dinner, which was very Minnan-style. I was impressed that Visan refreshed various places, including the reception desk, breakfast restaurant, and dinner restaurant. He worked very hard.
