The staffs are friendly and it’s close to Guo Hua Rd which have a lot of food to offer. However, the soundproof is not good, as I can hear someone’s coughing in the night, and there’s loud noise of water of the drain. There’s some sort of machine/engine sound running all night as well. The room only have downright, which is not bright enough.

The location is excellent, and they offer a contracted parking service where you pay a one-time fee for unlimited in-and-out access. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and a plaza nearby, perfect for kids to run around. It's also just a ten-minute walk to Garden Night Market, making it super convenient. The room was a bit on the small side, and the soundproofing wasn't ideal. The refrigerator wasn't cooling at all, which was a major downside since keeping food chilled is essential in summer, and it had a damp smell when opened. Despite these issues, the overall experience was still positive.

It is about a 7-minute walk from Tainan Railway Station. Although Tainan has a lot of undulating terrain, if you consider this as a city feature, it actually doesn't feel inconvenient.

The location of this hotel is very good. It is within a 10 to 20-minute walk from the main tourist attractions, making it very convenient for itinerary arrangements.

Please note that there are limited hours when the counter is manned. Please be especially careful if you arrive outside of service hours as the main door is automatically locked and check-in may be inconvenient.

The room itself is very clean. Although it doesn't have many facilities, it has basically everything you need.

The only downside was the bathroom didn't drain very well. The shower curtain was too short, so the floor next to the toilet got wet when I showered. And if you lay out the bathroom mat in advance, it will easily get wet before you use it. I hope that some improvements can be made in the ground slope design in the future.

Amazing location! The room was fantastic, and the mirror even doubles as a Bluetooth speaker! There's also a bar on the ground floor, which I highly recommend. Definitely my go-to choice for future Tainan visits!

The location is great as it is located to the restaurant and bars cluster. The facilities are clean, well equipped and relatively new. My only issue is with the desk staff, they were not friendly to start with, upon arrival (about 12pm) we were told to just park our luggage at a corner, no tags were assigned, no labelling, nothing. Then told to come back to do check-in at 3pm, they cannot any time earlier than that, so we left and came back at 3pm. At this point it was a female staff with bangs that helped us, I showed her the hotel booking email and she said she wants the Trip.com booking app page, I showed her and she said she wants to see the booking ID. I showed her that too and at this point she said ”read it out to me”. The booking ID was on my phone screen and she didn't even bother to see it, and wants me to READ IT ALOUD TO HER. Maybe she's dyslexic? I don't know. Then I added on one extra day of stay which did not reflect on the paper that she asked me to sign so I pointed that out and she double confirmed that it was printed wrongly. Fast forward a few days, all of our access cards were not able to work for our same rooms that we stayed, I assume it is because she did not grant the correct number of days upon check in, which also resulted in some inconvenience going to and fro the room and counter. And that same staff carried the same attitude when renewing the faulty access cards. Every morning the breakfast service staff was rude as well, like I owed her a million dollars or something, ”you which room? you sit here”. One morning she came to me ”how many people in your room? not 2 person?”, I stayed alone in a 3pax family room with no changes at all. I really dread breakfast everyday. When we checked out there was a new crew of desk staff which was much better in terms of attitude and service, it was the weekend team. I had 2 more weeks of stay in Tainan and I moved to another hotel. Overall I will not stay in this hotel ever again, other than the service, everything is great.

The location is great, right by the train station. The lobby also offers a variety of beers for a casual drink, and complimentary snacks are a nice touch!

The room itself was just okay. While the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water, I was quite concerned that the hand soap and conditioner were over two years past their expiration date – it made me wonder if they hadn't been replaced or were simply refilled. Additionally, the bed sheets were very pilled, and both the TV and phone in the room were out of order.

When I brought these issues up, I was surprised to be told that the room I was assigned already had known problems and that I could be moved to another one. They did offer a room change, but given it was already well past midnight and I was exhausted, I decided against the hassle. I truly hope they'll pay more attention to these details and conduct thorough room checks in the future.

On the positive side, the absolute best features of this place were the free parking, the budget-friendly rates, and the complimentary breakfast – these were all fantastic!

Except that you have to walk to a nearby parking lot to park, everything else is pretty good ~
If you want to park in the parking space in front of them, it is 200 yuan per time, and you can come and go at any time until check-out time!

I've been there several times before for a break. The sound insulation is poor. You can clearly hear the sound from the door. I don't dare to speak too loudly in the room!
This time I chose a bathtub, which was obviously larger and not adjacent to other rooms, so I felt like I didn’t hear any outside sounds!

There is a capsule coffee machine in the room. I like the Ayuan series of toiletries. The toilet is also a toilet without maintenance!

The location is great which is only a walking distance to Yi Zhong Street. The room and toilet are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and gave us a welcoming fruit bowl. It would be good if they can have more hook in the toilet for us to hang the clothes. The lights are yellow lights which are unfriendly for make up. They can add one more chair in the room since there are two of us.

Location is co-located with an unknown building which served different hotel on a different floor. Entrance can be seen by its big signage on the building. Room was spacious. No daily housekeeping (probably due to the unforeseen tornado). Self check-in and no staff was around. Needed to use personal phone to contact if needed, however the room has a phone once checked in. Loved the cosy vibes and communal area where you can get free drinks and snacks. All areas are only accessible using your room key card which makes it secured.

No laundry service or washing machine in the hotel but there is a self-serve laundry place at the entrance.

Good location, if you want to come via train. Just 2 mins walk from the station. 
Very old renovated building, which used to be KTV. Keep that in mind! Very thin walls, so you can hear everything in the neighbor room, also construction continues during the weekend. 
The front desk stuff is friendly, room quality overall is quite clean.

Don’t worry about checking in in the middle of the night, it’s simple and clear, the room is clean and comfortable, and there are enough sockets. I really like this room type. I originally wanted to open until 2300 in the evening, but I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to catch up. Fortunately, I can still contact you by phone. Thank you.
