It is just nearby monorail KL Sentral. The location is perfect. If you want to go to KLIA airport, this hotel also is one of the choice for you. It is clean and comfortable. For the Express Room I book through trip.com here, the price is quite reasonable and let me to consider to book it next time.

Good location, walking distance to transport 
At night, a bit quiet ,can sleep well, 
Need walk around 8 minutes got alot of Chinese food stall.

Only thing night counter staff no very friendly, ask something all don't know  say I'm only night counter staff, anything you want to know tomorrow morning then ask counter incharge,.

So I don't understand why your hotel put one staff member work at night and can not help the guests. 

Otherwise, the rest are all OK

The staff were excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of parking, and the room offered a beautiful view.

My favourite hotel due to walking distance to kg morten for dining with riverview and melaka cruise. Affordable price, nice room with basic amenities. Will come again.

For business traveller, the food is good and nice and the location also very a lot of hawker stalls. Will check in again in future time.
