Advantages: Good location in the city center, convenient food and transportation, 300 meters away from Picadilly train station, the room and bathroom are large enough, there are capsule coffee, bottled water, small water bar, small refrigerator (powered but not very cold), hair dryer, makeup mirror, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, large soap (larger than other places), and female hygiene products are also prepared, there is no separate conditioner, disposable slippers are in the bathrobe pocket, and the European area brings its own toothbrush and toothpaste. I have a street-facing room, but it is not noisy.
Disadvantages: According to our ordinary East Asian standards, the hygiene is not good, and the room has a smell. The supplies after daily cleaning are sometimes replenished and sometimes not. It seems that it all depends on whether the housekeeper remembers it, but if you ask for it, they are very friendly.
Overall, it is not a pitfall

Great location, easy parking and lovely helpful staff, but glad we got a good deal on the room as ours was looking very tired and could have done with a new carpet. I would have been disappointed with the room if I had paid nearly £200 for it.

This hotel really left a very ”unforgettable” impression. The hotel seems to be a renovation of an old building. The environment is very crowded. Going to the room is a very difficult and winding road. It is very complicated... My friend's room is arranged on a different floor, but we have to take different elevators and climb the stairs with luggage to get to the elevator... There was no staff to assist in the whole process, and the elevator floor is also arranged very strangely... The room is OK, clean and hygienic, the bed is very small, and the lighting and decoration style are really hard to evaluate... The location is good, and the hotel breakfast is relatively average

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the station, and not far from York Minster and Butcher Street. It is very convenient if you take the train with luggage.
The room is also very large, clean and tidy, and even the toilet is bigger than the bedroom.
The service staff are also very good. Because we entered from the back door where Starbucks is located, we need to go down the stairs to the front desk and the elevator. The staff helped us with our luggage when they saw us.

The only drawback is that our room has a strong body odor and the window in the room cannot be opened, which may be left by the previous guest.
