Facilities: I really loved the smart home system throughout the entire place!
Cleanliness: Overall very good. The walls weren't 100% spotless, but it's a minor detail and doesn't detract from the fact that it's one of the best I've stayed in among similar hotels!
Environment: Great, with both front and back entrances, it wasn't hard to find at all.
Service: Excellent. They can issue invoices for business travelers.
Breakfast: Buffet style, and it was surprisingly to my taste, with a wide and rich variety. It rivals the breakfast at some four-star hotels.

Next time I'm in Nanjing for business or leisure, if I don't absolutely have to stay in the city center, this will still be my first choice. It's close to the South Railway Station, and the subway is right outside the station entrance.

My company booked this hotel for my business trip. The room felt clean and comfortable the moment I stepped in. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful; it truly feels like a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests. The breakfast was also quite good. I found the complimentary items available at the front desk very practical – things like lighters, earplugs, and even sewing kits. They also offer self-service laundry, which is a huge convenience for business travelers.

Environment: Convenient transportation, a lot of things to eat out
Service: Thoughtful service and rapid response, that is, one day in the middle of the heavy rain, power outage, delayed for a long time

Cleanliness was terrible. We checked in too late on the first day and didn't check the sheets. We left early the next morning and didn't notice anything either. When we checked out, we found bloodstains on the bed and around the pillows! (We weren't injured and weren't menstruating.) The key thing is, the housekeeper came to clean the room, but she didn't notice anything! We told the front desk about the bloodstains when we checked out, and they just said, ”We'll be more careful next time!” What kind of service is that? The room also smelled musty and even smelt cigarettes at night! The electric curtain button wouldn't open or close, and I have no idea what it does. On the bright side, the two breakfasts we ordered with Ctrip were included, and we shared them with all three of us, which was nice. Thank you. The rest was pretty average!

This hotel is very new, the rooms are clean, and the decoration and equipment are almost newly installed. The feeling of staying here is great. It is also close to Hefei South Station. It is definitely worth recommending and I give it a perfect score!

The hotel I stayed at this time was so pleasant! The environment is particularly quiet, no noise in the room or in the public area, the night rest is particularly stable, and it will not be disturbed at all. The breakfast is also very satisfying, the dishes are fresh and varied, the hot porridge, the freshly made noodles and fresh fruits are available, the taste is homely and delicious, and the day is full of vitality. The overall experience is super comfortable, and this will be preferred in the future!
