We really appreciated the warm hospitality of this hotel. I requested a room with a good view of the Canton Tower, and they gladly provided it. Since I mentioned beforehand that we were on our honeymoon, they surprised my wife with a bouquet of flowers upon check-in—a thoughtful gesture that made our stay extra special.

The room was perfect: it was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bottled water replenished without fail. Having a washing machine inside the room was also a huge plus, and they even provided free laundry detergent with the option to request more at no extra charge.

Location-wise, it couldn’t be more convenient. The hotel is very close to the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. Communicating with the staff was simple too—I used WeChat for requests, and they always responded quickly and kindly.

Although the hotel had some ongoing renovations, we never felt disturbed or inconvenienced during our stay.

I stayed here for a business trip. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet room. The room layout was good, and check-in was efficient. The location is superb and very convenient. The service was also good. Overall, I had a positive experience! I'll definitely come back again.

From the warm and caring reception at the front desk, to the proactive help with luggage and patient answers to questions about surrounding travel, the service was so meticulous that it warmed people's hearts. The rooms are affordable, but the quality is no less than that of high-end hotels. The space is spacious and bright, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are available. What touched me the most was that when I contacted customer service late at night and needed electric mosquito coils, the staff delivered them immediately and the service response was super fast. Such high-quality and affordable prices, coupled with warm and thoughtful service, is definitely a great value choice for travel and accommodation. I have already recommended it to my friends and will come again next time!

The duplex apartment is suitable for a family. The hotel is located inside a residential complex, and there are restaurants right outside the complex. The environment is relatively clean, and it offers good value for money. The front desk staff are very friendly.

The overall feeling is pretty good. The room is large and clean, and the service is good. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway entrance. It's very convenient to travel, and it's not tiring to carry a suitcase. I will still choose here if I go on a business trip in the future!

Hotel 🏨 is super convenient.. As you get Burger King 👑 on your left and Starbucks on your right and also close proximity to Lingnan Xintiandi, NOVA Mall and various other malls, F&B and night markets. Well that said, the room is a bit run-down and the bathrooms are old.. but usable. The unit we stayed in is spacious at 50m with seperate bedrooms and it also has a microwave oven and washing machine. Beds are a bit hard.. But overall it's quite a good place that I will recommend as just the location alone is already a winner here.
