We had a wonderful stay at Seda Hotel Ayala Center Cebu. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better—direct access to Ayala Center Cebu’s shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze, and the breakfast offered a satisfying variety each morning. Overall, great value and a reliable, comfortable base for exploring the city.

Awesome hotel and an awesome location right in the shopping mall very friendly staff ,￼￼ good selection of food available on the buffet .
Jim is a little small, but it’s okay. Swimming pool is Amazing on  rooftop ￼￼.
10/10 - eliezer is the Absolute  best and friendliest waiter in restaurant that i have ever experienced.

Had a really nice stay at Seda Vertis North! The room was clean, spacious, and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful all throughout. Great location—just a short walk to Vertis North and nearby malls. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Would definitely stay here again! 🌟

My stay at this hotel was delightful, thanks to the amazing staff. One staff member went out of her way to assist me with laundry in the middle of the night and provided all the amenities I needed. The room design was also impressive, with a simple kitchen that allowed me to wash and dry dishes—very convenient. The only slight downside was needing to take two lifts to reach my room from the lobby, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the thoughtful service and well-designed room made the stay truly enjoyable.
