Great location, nicely decorated room with air conditioning which is essential in this heat. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, will definitely come back again!

Impressed, the hotel location is great, especially the room facing the Colosseum. The hotel staff is very conscious of service. When they leave the hotel, they also take their luggage and take a taxi, because the birthday, the hotel specially prepared birthday cakes, cookies Blessing card, send a bottle of champagne, have kitchen cooking for breakfast, get up early to watch the Colosseum morning glow, bathing facilities are very good, water temperature adjustment is very convenient, the room is rich in decoration, and the Chinese like to drink hot water. The water is relatively clean

The location of the hotel is a selling point. There is a luxury street downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. Close to major attractions. The room is clean and tidy. There are a variety of drinks in the refrigerator for free, including juices and soft drinks. A bottle of red wine is also given. The bathroom supplies are of good brands. The front desk service is very good. You can call a taxi on your behalf. The bellman runs very fast. It is best to prepare a tip to encourage you. The only drawback is that the room is relatively small, just over 10 square meters and seems cramped. The price of more than 3,000 yuan does not include breakfast, and the price/performance ratio is average.

Highly recommended hotel!
Stayed here for the last 2 nights of our European trip. The Colosseum can be seen from the window. The location is great! The subway station, the Colosseum and various ruins are right at the door. You can walk to Plaza de España, the Trevi Fountain and other attractions within 20 minutes.
A quiet road in the middle of the hustle and bustle, very quiet at night!
The room size is really impressive in Rome! To be exact, there are no such generous rooms in the entire Europe.
The entire suite is a suite with a living room➕bedroom. The layout is comfortable and elegant, very comfortable!
Breakfast can be enjoyed in the room. It only costs 10 euros per person, but it is very rich!
All the service staff in the hotel are also very enthusiastic, giving us a great impression at the end of our European trip! ! !

FENDI's first concept hotel in the world is more like a lifestyle experience hall. A full set of Fendi Casa, Karl Lagerfeld photography works, unique lamps, fur stitching, artwork... Because the hotel has only 7 suites, and they are all located on the same floor, it feels more at home, and the public space is more like a big house The living room, corridor, living room...a bit of living under the same roof, the decoration details are very exquisite, and it beats the Armani hotel🤘
The only problem is that there are no children's slippers, toothbrushes, etc., the bar on the top floor is like a nightclub, and children are not allowed to enter...

The noise is very loud. I live on the first floor of the annex building. I can hear walking below upstairs. The room doesn't taste good without windows.

Maalot Roma is a particularly good hotel. From the moment you check in, you can experience the ultimate service. The room rate includes breakfast, and the welcome dessert and coffee are very good! The hotel staff also introduced the room in detail. The hotel is very close to the Trevi Fountain and is within walking distance, which meets our needs to take photos early in the morning! All in all this hotel deserves to be a five-star hotel!

The room was quite spacious, and ground-floor rooms offer direct pool access. The service was friendly and attentive throughout. The absolute highlight was the hotel restaurant, where we enjoyed dinner right on the beach while watching the sunset – a truly wonderful experience! My only minor complaint would be the inconsistent shower water temperature; for some reason, it would get progressively colder as I showered.

The house is just a big tent, which is very novel, so I booked it. Twinpalms has many hotels in Phuket, which can easily lead to positioning errors. There is a very small private swimming pool in front of the house. The water is salty. I heard from their manager that you can open your eyes underwater and it doesn't hurt. It's true. The restaurant is about 200m away from the hotel, and there is a shuttle bus. The breakfast is not very extensive and not very suitable for Chinese people, but it is generally good. It is cooked to order. The most unpleasant thing is that it rained heavily the day before I left the hotel. The sound was unbearable when it hit the soft roof. The hotel has earplugs, which you can ask for. In addition, the wifi is not good and is quite slow. There are not as many mosquitoes as expected, basically none. I don't recommend staying in the rainy season, but it is suitable for experiencing it. That's all. Overall it's good.

Regarding the complimentary round-trip transfer service from Chalong Pier to the hotel: We had already booked our room when we realized our flight arrival time wouldn't allow us to catch the hotel's free speedboat. We contacted the hotel multiple times via phone and email, but different staff members quoted conflicting prices, and their attitude was unhelpful and unwilling to negotiate. Eventually, we had to re-book our speedboat through Ctrip customer service and even change our flight (a self-arranged speedboat costs over 14,000 THB one way). So, if you're heading directly from the airport to The Racha, make sure to plan your timings carefully and allow plenty of buffer time. The complimentary speedboat service is only for two adults. Despite booking a triple room, we were informed that two children would incur an additional 1050 THB each for the speedboat, plus extra bed and breakfast charges. At checkout, we were incorrectly charged this fee twice, which we caught during our review. Please make sure to double-check your bill carefully when settling.

The speedboat ride was quite bumpy, with a sensation of weightlessness, lasting about 35 minutes. It's essential to take motion sickness medication beforehand; some fellow passengers were violently seasick. Because of this, I won't be coming back; it was a truly awful experience for me.

Environment: The main draw here is definitely the environment. The lobby bar overlooks the sea, and Happy Hour runs daily from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, offering buy-one-get-one-free on drinks. The Sunset restaurant requires reservations, but I don't think getting a table right by the edge is essential. The Thai food is quite good. Room service, ordered directly through The Racha app, is very convenient, fast, and the quality is excellent.

Facilities: The facilities are quite dated and show their age. Beach flip-flops are provided. However, cotton slippers and bathrobes are not allowed to be worn outside the room.

Service: Breakfast at Earth Cafe was alright, meeting expectations. We also had dinner there on our second night, and overall, the dining quality was decent.

I've seen the 'jellyfish sea' (crystal-clear waters), but next time I'm in Phuket, I won't make a special trip to The Racha.

Kamala beach is a good beach if you want to stay on the beach resort. 

There are also 2 swimming pools. Once face the sea and another one just door step from our room.

The distant to Patong beach is 20 minutes away, we rented a car so is not a problem for us.

The breakfast is Ala cart so the choice is limited the food is pretty quality. 

It was our anniversary and they have prepared a brut on our room. Very sweet of them. 

The room is comfortable and overall a good stay for us!

We had an unforgettable experience from the moment we arrived, the staff are very welcoming and taken care of. Their attention to detail was exceptional. The pool, spa and views are out of this world.

What really made our stay special was the extraordinary and personal service. The staff were genuine, friendly and kind especially „Lift“ our personal server very kind and treated us with care.

„Lift“ from the first moment he greeted us to the last moment we saw him, he showed how important the first and last impression is. His face was the last one we saw, and that moment will stay in our memory. He truly embodied the saying:

„The first impression counts, the last impression remains“

We had beautiful memories that will last with us for a lifetime.

It's a transportation point. You can easily go anywhere and go from restaurants to shopping nearby. However, the room is small.

There are too many steps to enter the hotel, which is not friendly to luggage. And there is a smell of curry in the lobby, the room is very small, clean and tidy, but dark. The bathroom is not bad, it feels like there is floor heating, but in summer, what kind of floor heating should be turned on. The minibar is very good, there are many drinks, and it will be replenished every day. Coke, orange juice and milk are available. It is more recommended to cheval apartment across the road. More cost-effective, at least the light is very open.

Small but beautiful hotel. Very good location, you can take 2 subways on foot, and it is also close to St. Paul's Cathedral. If you are strong enough, you can even walk to famous attractions such as Big Ben. The hotel service is very good, the staff is very enthusiastic and can respond to guests' various needs in a timely manner. The drinks and snacks in the hotel minibar are free, and you can refill them after you finish eating. When we stayed for the second time, they also put children's toiletries and snacks for the children, and the children were very happy. Recommended

A lovely boutique hotel within seconds from the tube.  Location wise is perfect for us since we wanted some quaint Notting hill stores and portobello markets walks.  Many cafes restaurants and pubs around.  Staff was super friendly and the rooms are perfectly sized for London… not too small.  Would come back again.

Very clean and comfortable, the furniture is new, and the decoration style is very like. The door is a bit small but the lobby decoration style is very British! The disadvantage is that because it is an old-fashioned British building, there are stairs and no elevators. It is a little difficult for our room to climb up on the top floor 😂
