Had told the hotel the room temperature could not work well but finally nothing done but asked me to tolerate and accept apologies.  No fan was provided.  Because it was already late night, I did not request for room change (booked a standard queen).  I had to take out my small handheld fan for sleep at the room at temperature marked 26 degree Celsius!! In next morning when wake up it went down to 24 degree Celsius.  In this hot summer it is not a good choice to stay at this hotel.  Other than that, all are okay for stay 1-2 nights.  Breakfast is fine - simple but still have a few choices.  Nearby a commercial street for food/fruits and local shopping.  Adaptors for charging mobiles are useless.

The experience of this hotel is great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was attracted by its elegant environment and warm atmosphere. The room is spacious and bright, and the furniture is simple and generous, which makes people feel comfortable. The bedding and toiletries are very high-end, which makes me feel the warmth of home.

Complete facilities, excellent location, all aspects are good.
Hygiene: very good conditions, everything is available, breakfast is rich and colorful.
Environment: overall good, but a little noisy at night, affecting sleep.
Service: service is OK, patient. .

Had a wonderful stay at Vienna Classic Hotel in Guangzhou Conghua He Dao Park! The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our experience truly enjoyable. Their warm welcome and willingness to assist with any queries made us feel right at home. The hotel's attention to guest satisfaction is evident in every interaction. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained.

It rained, and the hotel offered a late check-out. It was really nice, the service was friendly, the room was clean, and the room was large. Highly recommended!

Practical facilities, clean environment, practical living
The room facilities are simple but practical, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner is not noisy, and the hot water is on. The stairs and elevators in the public areas are cleaned very frequently and look refreshing.
In terms of environment, the hotel is near the residential area, there are breakfast shops and vegetable markets around, the atmosphere of life is strong, and it is convenient to buy things. The room was soundproofed, basically no neighbors could hear the movement, and I slept peacefully at night. The sanitation is in place, the desktop is clean, the bathroom glass is not scaled, and the heart is solid, suitable for short-term travel.

The environment is good and the sanitary conditions are good. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. There are flowers in the lobby. The management staff is very tasteful. The most surprising thing is that it is my birthday today. The lady at the front desk gave me a small gift. It is really interesting ^_^
 There are restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. It is very convenient. It is also very close to Dianchi Lake. The lady thoughtfully explained the route and surrounding food to us. We will choose this hotel next time. It is very warm.

The hotel environment is very good, the rooms are very large, and even the bathroom is very spacious, with wet and dry areas separated. The front desk service is also very warm and thoughtful, responsive to all requests. When checking out, they enthusiastically recommend the next stop. I will come again if I have the opportunity.

This stay experience really exceeded expectations! From the beginning of stepping into the hotel lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm of the staff, and the check-in speed at the front desk is very fast.
 
The room was very clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the night slept very well. The bathroom has no smell, the quality of toiletries is also good, and the hot water supply is very stable.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the Ferris wheel and Cultural Street. There are guides to attractions at the entrance of the elevator. They are very detailed. I haven’t encountered such a great hotel in a long time, with a great environment! Good location! Great service! Just look at the pictures for the environment. The room facing the courtyard is very quiet. Needless to say, the location is a few hundred meters away from the Haihe River and a few hundred meters away from Tianjin Station. There is a relatively small breakfast shop downstairs. All the front desk service attitude I met in the two days was super good. I would like to praise the front desk lady No. 8 by name (I had a drink yesterday, I don’t know if I remember it right). That’s all.
