In my opinion this Hotel doesnt deserve 5 stars. The breakfast was very dissapointing. The fried chicken was cold and some of the bread wasnt that fresh anymore. Chili Chicken was dry. The room is ok but kinda small. In the fridge you can find just water. Regular price was nearly 5000 Baht a night. So i wouldnt come back at all.

The hotel's distance from the airport is neither close nor far. It's quite tiring to walk with luggage, so you still need to pay for a taxi. The lack of a shuttle service to and from the airport is a drawback. You also have to wait for a shuttle to get from the main lobby to the actual apartment room, which isn't very convenient. And whoever designed the room curtains is a genius – they're too short at the top, letting light in, so I was woken up by the bright light before 6 AM. There's also construction happening nearby. It's full of Russians here, and the breakfast is just okay.

I had a great experience at Wyndham Garden Kamala Phuket. The hotel is modern and well kept, with clean and comfortable rooms that made me feel right at home. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to help.
The location is perfect — close to Kamala Beach yet quiet and peaceful. The pool was lovely for relaxing, and breakfast offered a good variety to start the day. Overall, an excellent stay that I would gladly recommend to anyone visiting Phuket. 🌟

Staff were all very pleasant and helpful, enjoyed our family vacation in this quieter side of Phuket. It’s walking distance to the elephant sanctuary and the beach, with restaurants and convenience stores close by. Our toddler enjoyed her time at the pool and kids’ club. However, request for room cleaning on our first day here was not handled well as we had to personally remind the front counter of it twice. All’s good on the subsequent days though, as our request for room cleaning was attended to after. Thanks for making our family trip an enjoyable one!

I spent the first night in a standard room on the second floor and then moved into a suite with a friend.  The standard room was cozy and had a balcony facing the forest so it was private, but the room was so musty I could barely stand the smell.  They put an aroma oil burner in my room for me, so it helped temporarily mask the smell, but it’s embedded into everything.  The staff are great.  Then - moving to the suite was amazing.  There was no smell and It was large with a great soaker tub, sofa, chez lounge and comfy bed! We had a great time by the pool bar as well. The pizza is good! But all other food is mediocre.  The pad thai was disappointing; dry and needed more spice, sauce and some cilantro. The food is very overpriced.  If people are paying that much, please make it worth it.  Pad Thai is a local dish, so really should be much better.  The pool is decent, but the whole thing is very shallow so it’s suited to kids mostly.  Not much room to swim lengths.  There is a shuttle to the beach and it’s nice, but the waves and rip tide can be quite dangerous.  Overall I would stay in the suite again, but not the musty rooms.

I really loved the staff in this hotel. If you have problems, they are more than willing to help you 🥰❤️ just like the instance that my phone was left in the taxi. They called the taxi driver and brought it back to me. ❤️

The hotel's location is excellent, right on Changsha's Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street. The front desk service was warm and attentive. The room facilities were complete, comfortable, and cozy. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, offering comprehensive nutrition. Plus, it's incredibly convenient that nearby attractions are all within walking distance! Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street at night is the epitome of Changsha's vibrant nightlife. 👍

The hotel environment is quite good. Being next to the Wetland Park, the air quality is much better than in the city. The room has a mini-bar with complimentary drinks and water. I really liked the design style, and the quality of the replacement disposable amenities was also good. My only complaint is that the pillows were too soft; I hope they add options for latex or memory foam pillows in the future.

Double Aerial Cloud Bar (same price for all sizes): If you have extra time, you can experience it, but it's not worth a special trip. In winter, the scenic spots along the route are practically deserted.

Staying at the Wyndham Changsha was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls and a popular night market, offering a fantastic array of local snacks. There were so many delicious varieties, from BBQ and braised delights to stinky tofu and Chayan Yuese milk tea – it was a real treat for the taste buds! Right next door is the Desiqin business district, which features a large commercial complex housing popular brands like Huawei, Uniqlo, Sephora, Nike, and Adidas. From my room, I enjoyed expansive views of the lively city below, yet it felt wonderfully peaceful and quiet – truly an oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The room amenities were also excellent and thoughtfully chosen, including an electronic scale, an ionic hairdryer, and motorized curtains. You'd never guess this hotel has been open for years, as all the facilities are incredibly well-maintained and feel brand new, making for a truly comfortable stay.

It's quite a nice hotel with lake view. Location is a short walk to metro station. However,  the hotel does not have a cafe for dining (except for breakfast) or room service and nearby F&B is limited. They do allow food delivery  and breakfast was good though.

One of our rooms was filled with smell of cigarette!

They extended 1 hour for late check-out

Not my first time, and definitely not the last. Haven’t tried their breakfast, so can’t say anything. On the downside, guests - and I was the only foreigner, as far as I could tell -  smoke like hell. They smoke where it’s allowed and where it’s forbidden. They don’t care. Other than, I enjoyed my stay. Will come back.

This is a new facility, in line with Wyndham hotels. Highlights for me were the comfy bed(!), the close proximity to the airport (10 min drive), the free laundry room for use on the 11th floor, and the great customer service. One suggestion is to improve their coffee option for guests in the morning -- it was not good. Nonetheless, I would still choose to stay here again!

After arriving at the hotel, the front desk helped me upgrade. The house is comfortable, the bathroom is also very large, the service is first-class, and the facilities are very advanced, with automatic curtains and automatic toilets! The check-in was also very comfortable. The thoughtful service of the guest Xiaoxuan sent the location in advance, introduced the hotel facilities and equipment, and reminded that the front desk needs to scan the code to reduce the fare when traveling. A very satisfying experience. I will recommend it to my friends next time!

We had a long flight of over 30 hours from China to Brazil and arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM (Brazil time). We understand that the hotel may not be able to accommodate an early check-in, but we asked for help in at least being allowed to use the gym's shower room or any available facility to freshen up, as we had a meeting scheduled at 11:00 AM with a client. Unfortunately, after discussing our request, the staff rejected it due to hotel policy. We are quite disappointed with the service and hope the hotel might consider more flexible options for customers who have long flights. This would contribute to a warmer welcome and make guests feel more appreciated.

THERE ARE ALWAYS LINES AT RECEPTION. IF YOU ARRIVE BETWEEN 6:00 PM AND 8:00 PM THERE IS A LINE THAT CAN TAKE UP TO 30/40 MINUTES. IN THE MORNING THERE ARE ALSO LINES TO CHECK OUT. 

DUE TO HIGH OCCUPANCY, THIS HOTEL HAS TO HAVE AT LEAST 8 TO 10 PEOPLE AT RECEPTION AT PEAK TIMES. THERE ARE ALWAYS 4 TO 6 AT MOST.

It's always impeccable to spend Christmas at the Wyndham Garden! We chose it because we live in the area (Lauzane Paulista) and the noise at the end of the year is unbearable all day on New Year's Eve. In search of peace and quiet, we spent the night at the hotel with great satisfaction. A good room with a mini-fridge and microwave to cool our drinks and heat up our mini dinner was enough for us. The rest is peace and quiet.

The room is very good, big, but you need to prepare slippers and dental appliances, etc., all you need to pay for food in the small room. And you can pay to buy food and send it to the room, it is clearly marked, the price is reasonable. It is safe around, there are several places to eat and supermarkets, very convenient
