"Detailed details of the hotel: 1. The hotel leaves the train station bus + walks for about 15 minutes 2. The facade is small, but the service is very good. When we went, the front desk was not yet working. There was an Asian old man on duty and let us store our luggage. 3. Non-24-hour front desk, but the black lady at the front desk is very good 4. There are not many overall attractions in Bourne, but the hotel can be reached on foot. 5, because there is a Swiss pass we do not have a bus card for Bourne, so the hotel does not charge us tax, but there is no guarantee that friends after the same. 6, the room is very quiet, not facing the street Finally, most importantly, the hotel presented fruit, biscuits, capsule coffee and drinking water. It must be praised for taking people's things. Haha, this trip is the best!"

The front desk staff were really helpful, informing us about free transport tickets and recommending places to visit. Parking was a bonus! It was free during our stay, though the parking lot is a bit small with narrow spaces, but that wasn't a big deal. The location is convenient, about a ten-minute drive to the Old Town. The room was spacious, facing the Ferris wheel. It could get a little noisy at night, but it wasn't too disruptive.

This is the best hotel in Switzerland. The hotel is located next to the Federal Palace. After arriving in Bern at 12 o'clock, since it was not the specified check-in time, I wanted to store my luggage in the hotel. But the lady at the front desk directly gave me a room on the top floor, which was very private. And the bed is very soft. When leaving the hotel, the hotel gave me a piece of chocolate as a special gift.

It's close to the station and right in front of the tram station, making it easy to get to the old town. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious. When I told them I had to leave early on my last day, they kindly prepared a box for me. When the staff realized I was Japanese, they showed me a photo they had taken in front of Mt. Fuji, which made me happy❗️

The room was spacious, clean, and I couldn't hear any traffic noise from outside. The staff was very kind. Unfortunately, the soundproofing *between rooms* was poor. Then again, it's an old building and would need a complete renovation. There was also a plumbing smell. However, these issues weren't severe enough for me to give a low rating to the property. There's a restaurant inside, but I didn't use it.

The room was nice and the service was good. The water world was great. The breakfast was good. There is a shopping mall next to it. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel didn't give me the transportation ticket in advance, so I spent dozens of francs when I first arrived.

I stayed here while attending a summer school at the University of Bern and found it to be a very good location, a nice walk through the city to get to the university, and right next to the river not far from an area where you can keep a towel then walk up river to jump in for a swim. The hostel breakfast was quite good and the mattress was very comfortable so that I slept quite well while here. My roommates were also academics here for a conference, so good roommates. The only complaint is that there were a lot of school groups or something, so lots of noisy, squeaky tweens running around.

This hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you

Hotel is in an ideal location with a very short walk from a nearby train station. The Hotel has a lovely old feel to it but is very clean. The breakfast is continental style but with enough on offer. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and positive about the City. The Hotel offers a pop up bar across the road. Very nice stay and the only complaint was soft pillows.
