11350109****Our last stop was Geneva, where we returned home. We stayed for two nights. The hotel's location was excellent, especially for those who rented cars. Before checking in, we returned the car at the airport and then took the airport shuttle back to the hotel. The hotel's free transportation card was more than enough for city transportation. Many thanks to the previous guest who provided such detailed information about the shuttle route and photos! The hotel sends an email before check-in to register for the electronic transportation card. There's a Line 10 subway line across the street from the hotel that goes to the city center. Within the city, you can also take the free M2 ferry. After visiting the Botanical Garden, you arrive near the pier and then take a ferry to the Grain Barn Park on the opposite bank. Both directions are possible, and the ferry ride takes about 5 minutes. Ferries run every 10 minutes, and you can take pictures of the Jet d'Eau from the boat! After checking the reviews, I found no one specifically mentioned the hotel's lunch and dinner, so I had to explore it myself. I hope this will be helpful to everyone. The hotel's Seventy5 restaurant is excellent. Dinner starts at 7 PM, but if you arrive early, it's fine; you can order drinks and wait at the bar next door. When it's time, the waiter will call you into the restaurant, and any unfinished drinks will be returned to your table. The most expensive main course is around 40 CHF. Two of us ordered two main courses (40 + 37), a dessert, a beer, and a soft drink, totaling 107 CHF. This price is actually quite reasonable in Switzerland. The day before yesterday, we had Chinese food in the city center: two dishes, one eggplant with minced meat and one stir-fried beef, rice, and two beers = 76 CHF. The restaurant also has a lunch set for 34 CHF (appetizer, main course, and dessert), suitable for people who don't eat breakfast. The hotel brought a perfect end to the entire trip. The staff at the front desk, on the floors, and in the restaurant were all very warm and attentive. When checking out, I even met the handsome guy in the reviews who speaks Chinese. His Chinese name is Weiwei, and he worked in Shanghai for ten years. In short, everything went very smoothly! I'd definitely choose Crowne Plaza again next time! Oh, and the last picture is of the cute little cabin in the hotel that serves cheese fondue, located outdoors opposite the restaurant.

TTravelshortsI stayed at Hotel Suisse Geneva during my time in Geneva, and the standout feature of this hotel is its location. It is literally right across the road from the main train station, which makes it incredibly convenient whether you’re arriving by rail, heading to the airport, or planning day trips. Being so close to the station also means excellent public transport connections, but what I found even more useful is that most of Geneva’s main sights are within easy walking distance. You can comfortably reach the lake, the Old Town, shops, and restaurants without needing to rely on transport, which makes exploring the city simple and efficient. The hotel itself is comfortable and practical, with clean rooms and everything you need for a short city stay. It’s not overly luxurious, but it’s well maintained and does the job perfectly if you’re planning to spend most of your time out exploring Geneva. Because of its central location, it’s a great choice for both short stays and stopovers. It also works particularly well if you have an early train or a tight schedule, as you don’t need to factor in extra travel time to get to the station. I would highly recommend Hotel Suisse Geneva for anyone prioritising convenience and location. If you want to be right in the centre of everything with excellent transport links, it’s a very practical and reliable choice.

GGuest UserHotel was immaculately clean and smelt lovely, room was perfect, location was great, right in the heart of Geneva with easy access to train stations/bus stations and activity pick up points, nice chocolate shop underneath the hotel, with a McDonald’s and a wine and cheese restaurant. Although the breakfast buffet was all cold food baring boiled eggs, however choice was great, staff very attentive. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone, cheap enough for Geneva and couldn’t fault it personally.

GGuest UserThe room was well-appointed and spotlessly clean, the overall environment was pleasant, and the service was excellent! The hotel reception is conveniently located above a COOP supermarket. Guests can take the elevator directly from the underground parking garage to the lobby on the 0th floor, which is extremely convenient. The only minor drawback was that the room felt a bit small. While two 28-inch suitcases on the floor would certainly obstruct movement, we found that placing them on the bay window freed up a lot of space and made the room much more comfortable.

GGuest UserGood price, good location, decent rooms. Good shuttle bus to and from Airport. Only feedback is to manage the queue at the hotel for the shuttle bus when busy as it is a free for all. People just jump the queue and it is so easy to miss the bus for your flight or connection!

PPhimnaphaI love this room. Great location. The rooms comes with separated kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub. The receptionist are very friendly. The room is newly renovated with modern style. The kitchen comes with all necessary utensils and coffee machine. You need to buy your own coffee beans tho. Will definitely choose Adagio Aparthotel for my next trip.

KKamalathaI went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. They assured me that such has happened before and told me to be on the safe guard book another room as a standby. They assured me that they will not swipe my card until matter is resolved. That assurance made me check in. I kept coming to the front office every now and then and I was told it was resolved. Only on the last night I was told that by Trip.com of the error in the address. In the meantime the hotel had swiped my card. Surprisingly they did not honour the feedbacks I gave to Hotel Montana Geneve and Hotel Montana Zurich. There was no email to apologise for the oversight and delay in handling. I went to the hotel one day earlier to check, they could have attended to it and not confidently putting the blame on trip.com since there has been previous incidents where [ayment was not received. I thought Hotel Montana group could have handled this matter better. Quite disappointing.
