"Very lovely hotel with a top-tier spa facility, really saved me from my cold from the traveling and skiing in Charmonix. The steam, sauna room, shower, public rest area are all well-designed, room and hotel lobby itself is spacious, walk distance to the bus station to city center. They also provide free shuttle service to the airport every 20 minutes which is so convenient for this stay."

RRUIThe most comfortable hotel on this trip, the front desk originally said that it could be upgraded by 145 Euros. Later, I thought that the original room was also good, but I did n’t upgrade. The bathroom and bedroom are large, and the service is attentive and meticulous, especially for breakfast. We ordered all the dishes, all of which are above the standard level. They are particularly delicious, and they are exquisite. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserAlexis from reception is AMAZING! He went the extra mile to make my friend comfortable despite not being able to speak a foreign language. Alexis made sure additional requests such as massages (as the hotel does not have an in-house spa) and courier pick-ups were as smooth as possible. What a man!

GGuest UserThe service at La Reserve is very impressive! I carried my luggage down a few steps by myself, and I didn't expect the waiter to help me, but I saw someone sprinting towards me. When I entered the door, the waiter was about to turn around to do something else. As soon as I hesitated, the waiter came back and asked if I needed any service. I could feel that their service spirit was sincere and not perfunctory. Thumbs up!

HHONGZHANOn the shores of Lake Geneva, authentic French luxury, from concierge to check-in to Izumi on the top floor overlooking the entire landscape, this hotel interprets the new definition of luxury. The only downside is that the room is slightly smaller and the price is more expensive.
