"I like my staying in Primadom Aparthotel. It was as suggested. As if fridge and conditioner was in room it would be perfect . But the kitchen, toilet and bathroom is on the floor that is convenient too.but we also had a douche cabin in our room. We had a big balcony. Receptionist was polite and friendly. Near reception there is a kitchen too where is a coffee machine standing. You can drink coffee or tea. Location is also good not far from the centre"
GGuest UserIt's OK, the normal standard for this brand. I read the reviews saying there is a Swiss one-day transportation card, but I didn't receive it by email. I asked for it when I checked in. They said they would send it to me, but they didn't give it to me until I checked out. Forget it, I just passed by.
HHammalAmiriWe were quite disappointed in our stay at Hotel Eden, but first the positives;
Let us check in early
Priced competitively for Geneva
Negatives;
We felt the room did not match the photos on trip.com. A room with carpet and what looked like a terrace is in the pictures. We got a really old dated room without carpet and no balcony terrace.
The description of the hotel states amenities like dental kit, conditioner and there wasn’t anything. There wasn’t even any bottles of water in our room. The sliding door for the shower was broken.
The breakfast was really small and limited and of a very basic quality.
It was my girlfriend’s birthday and there was no mention or wish of a happy birthday.
This is only the second negative review I’ve left on trip.com out of 30+ hotel bookings in the last 1.5 years
GGuest UserIt was my first time in Geneva. I chose this hotel blindly (I originally wanted to choose a local castle hotel, but I missed it). It was really good. I will stay in this hotel again next time.
BBonjour_:Overall very warm, booked a double room with a kitchen. If you are not used to eating Western food, you can go to the supermarket to buy some food and come back to yourself. The disadvantage is that the front desk is not 24h service. We can't check out at the front desk because of the morning flight. The converter plug we borrowed is ready to be returned to the front desk, but no one. So I put it in the room. Later, the mail received the bill and directly charged us the cost of the conversion plug... Everyone returned to China, and it was no good to contact the hotel again. Can only be planted, but his morning croissant is very fresh and delicious!
WWinnie/This kind of old-fashioned absolute landscape hotel is actually not an ideal place to enjoy the services of a five-star hotel. Because the hotel's service attitude varies from person to person, it feels very uncomfortable and shows their unprofessionalism and lack of empathy for earthlings, which is a pity! The so-called civilization and quality reveal many narrow local cultures in them. This is very out of line with Switzerland - the seat of the United Nations! Not neutral either!
JJust Olya/Good hotel if you want to be on the promenade but some 30 minutes walk to the station. However hotel can help with the taxi if you need one. Rooms were clean and airconditioned. Good hotel however for my feeling it’s more of a 4 stars than 5.
__WeChat48065****The room, though renovated, still looked average, and the common areas were somewhat old.
I've never seen a room with a 1000 CHF deposit before; the Mandarin Oriental in Lucerne, which has much higher rates, only requires a 350 CHF deposit…
The concierge was slow to respond, and it took a long time to call a taxi…
I won't come back.
GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and the ensuite bathroom was compact and spotless. A shuttle bus to the airport runs every 20 minutes, which is very convenient. The airport is also a 10-minute walk away, and there's a train to the city center. When staying at the Geneva hotel, the hotel emailed us a free transportation card in advance, which allows free train, ferry, and bus travel within the city. The cold water in the room is drinkable, and you can also get hot water from the bar. The hotel staff will also fill your cup with water from the coffee machine.
