"The location of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel is very central. It is next to the Mont Blanc Bridge. Just across the bridge is the Flower Clock. It is only a ten-minute walk to Dior. The service here is very good. From the front desk to the concierge, they are polite and allowable. I delayed check-out until 1:30. There is also a Chinese restaurant Hongyun next to it, which is quite delicious. The only drawback is the hotel restaurant. The food in the restaurant on the first floor is very average. Breakfast is not a buffet, but is ordered from the menu. The advantage is that other hotels charge extra for ordering omelettes, but here it is included in the breakfast."

"I had the most romantic and unforgettable stay of my life at the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva. The hotel is a historic landmark on the shores of Lake Geneva, with stunning views of the city and the mountains. The location is perfect, close to the main attractions and shopping areas. I stayed in a suite, which was very spacious, elegant, and comfortable, with a separate living room and a luxurious bathroom with bathtub, the view is overlooking the lake. The room also had a lot of amenities Nespresso machine. The service was impeccable, from the check-in to the check-out. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to my every need. They made me feel welcome and pampered. I especially want to thank the concierge team and the guest relations team for helping me plan and execute the perfect surprise proposal for my girlfriend. Lorena, Jochem, Giulia, Justine, thank you all for your assistance and discretion. You helped me decorate the room with candles, roses, and champagne. It was a dream come true. A special mention goes to Audrey, who saved the day when the flower shop declined my order for a bouquet of roses at the last minute. He managed to find a solution with florist and delivered the flowers, just in time for my arrival. I almost had a heart attack when I heard the news, but he handled everything with professionalism and grace. Audrey, you are a star. The Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva is more than a hotel, it is a fairy tale. I can’t thank them enough for making my stay and my proposal so special. It was an experience that I will cherish forever. "The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. There's a luggage lift in the lobby. The toilet is a separate room, and the shower and bathtub are in the same area. The room has plenty of charging points, air conditioning, and a small fridge. However, the water in the fridge was already opened when I checked in, so I didn't drink it. There's also a kettle and a coffee machine. A digital city transport card is provided upon check-in."
