It's also close to the iconic Flower Clock and Jet d'Eau, making transportation very convenient. There are also many good restaurants nearby. The service is somewhat self-service; the room features tablets controlling various TVs, curtains, and lights, giving it a high-tech feel. All staff speak English, and from check-in onwards, they'll be happy to assist you with everything from fetching water to cleaning your umbrella. A special shout-out to the delicious breakfast; the ham and salmon were exceptionally fresh. A truly wonderful experience."

"I had the most romantic and unforgettable stay of my life at the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva. The hotel is a historic landmark on the shores of Lake Geneva, with stunning views of the city and the mountains. The location is perfect, close to the main attractions and shopping areas. I stayed in a suite, which was very spacious, elegant, and comfortable, with a separate living room and a luxurious bathroom with bathtub, the view is overlooking the lake. The room also had a lot of amenities Nespresso machine. The service was impeccable, from the check-in to the check-out. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to my every need. They made me feel welcome and pampered. I especially want to thank the concierge team and the guest relations team for helping me plan and execute the perfect surprise proposal for my girlfriend. Lorena, Jochem, Giulia, Justine, thank you all for your assistance and discretion. You helped me decorate the room with candles, roses, and champagne. It was a dream come true. A special mention goes to Audrey, who saved the day when the flower shop declined my order for a bouquet of roses at the last minute. He managed to find a solution with florist and delivered the flowers, just in time for my arrival. I almost had a heart attack when I heard the news, but he handled everything with professionalism and grace. Audrey, you are a star. The Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva is more than a hotel, it is a fairy tale. I can’t thank them enough for making my stay and my proposal so special. It was an experience that I will cherish forever. Food items that can be purchased at the lobby area were a bit on the pricey side. Wanted to get a cup noodle but finally did not. 😂😂 I would recommend this hotel to those, just like me, would have a very early next morning flight to catch. Very happy with my stay there!"
