Elva.liuMy overall overseas stay experience exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for sightseeing and travel. You can walk to several popular attractions, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making daily shopping and dining hassle-free.
The check-in process was efficient and smooth. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, communicating patiently and meticulously. They were always helpful in answering questions and resolving issues promptly. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were well-maintained, with stable hot water and a complete set of toiletries. The room had good natural light and ventilation, basic appliances worked well, and the internet speed was stable, so work, travel, or streaming videos were not affected.
The hotel's public areas were clean and elegantly maintained, the environment was quiet, and the sound insulation was good, so we weren't disturbed by outside noise. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local specialties and simple meals, and the taste was very good. Housekeeping services were thorough, with detailed daily cleaning.
Overall, the service was professional and attentive, with great attention to detail, and excellent value for money. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short business stays, adding a lot of positivity to this trip abroad. I will prioritize this hotel again if I return to the area, and I highly recommend it to friends visiting here.

Aurely BondyI had a great weekend in Geneva, and my stay at Appart-City Genève-Vernier-Aéroport went very well. The studio we had was perfect: cozy, well-arranged, and comfortable. The location is ideal, with shops nearby and very convenient public transportation to get around the city easily. The booking process was hassle-free, everything was very straightforward.
The only minor drawback was the room window: it doesn't open very easily, which makes ventilation a bit difficult and causes some odors to linger longer in the room. Other than that, everything was impeccable, and I genuinely loved my stay. I highly recommend this establishment!

Guest UserThey let us check in at 2 PM, which we really appreciated! The room was quite spacious with two bathrooms, which was perfect for a family of three. After arriving at the airport, head to Gate 3 on the arrivals level, go outside and cross to the outermost road. Look for the 'hotel shuttle' sign – Nash's name will be on it. All three Nash hotels share the same shuttle service.

Muniz PedroAs a business hotel with the bare minimum, bed and shower, and convenience of being close to the airport, it's ok. The breakfast buffet at CHF32 was very good. Geneva is an expensive city per se. This week, I think there were fairs/events in the city crowding the hotels and bringing the prices up. Things to complain about: the shower doesn't have a door, so the bathroom gets all wet. There are no amenities like courtesy slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste (Yeah, save the planet...) And the shower mixer gives you 3 choices: cold, hot, and cold-hot-cold-hot... So, showering is a challenge. Think of these ”chain/brand” hotels as that is what you get to make their EPS go up and please their shareholders. There is nothing to do with hospitality.

Service was an area of major dissatisfaction. I felt uncomfortable and singled out during breakfast when a staff member, notably dressed in a blue-striped shirt, decided it was necessary to lecture me on how to use a spoon and fork at the buffet counter. This intrusive behavior was not only condescending but also culturally insensitive, especially towards the predominantly Asian guest demographic. Her constant supervision over my shoulder was unnecessary and unpleasant. You must pick up and return the serving spoon and fork to the exact same spot; otherwise, she will come over to watch you and place them back herself. Furthermore, the front desk staff lacked warmth and friendliness, their attitude falling disappointingly short of the hospitality one expects from such a highly-rated hotel.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is right next to the train station, just a 100-200 meter walk away. The front desk kindly allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I booked a single room, and it was actually a bit larger than I expected. The room had air conditioning; even though it was an older model, it worked, which was a lifesaver in the hot European weather. The bed was a little soft, but the bedding was comfortable. Luggage storage is also available.

The room was modern and cozy, with all necessary amenities provided. The bed and bedding were comfortable. I was impressed with the staff, who helped us book taxis and find local attractions. The breakfast was decent, varied, and delicious.
I chose the location specifically for my business events. The waterfront promenade was within walking distance, and we enjoyed evening strolls there.

AppleTravelSwiss hotels are relatively expensive due to limited space, but this time, because my trip was longer, I booked a slightly larger double room with a view of the Jet d'Eau. From my room, I could see the fountain and the beautiful old buildings in the surrounding square. The room had three windows, which were very bright when open. My room also had a small luggage compartment. The hotel was very clean, and there was bus number 10 nearby that goes directly to and from the airport. However, you need to bring your own basic toiletries as they are not provided. It's a short walk from the city center, but not too far. There's a Burger King nearby, but for something better, you need to go to the train station where there's a Chinese restaurant; the food is decent. The hotel floors are wooden, which felt cleaner than carpet. Considering the high cost of living in Switzerland, this hotel is quite good value and worth recommending.

LimmylimlimAlthough I had bed bug bites and was uncertain whether I had gotten it in the hotel or the hotel before, there was no proper procedures, only a “it has not happened before” and an alleged check by a private hire. Although its likely to be from the hotel before, there was no attempts at remedy or assistance, which leads me to believe that customer service may not be the strength of the hotel. It was otherwise a good hotel, which would have garnered higher ratings if they were to treat certain problems more seriously. (There was also a stoppage of water during my stay which was by no means the fault of the hotel, but during that time, maybe water could be provided by the hotel for if customers do have the needs)
