GGuest UserI stayed at the Orange Hotel in Shunde Happy Coast PLUS, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. I booked the super cute 'Astronaut Family Room,' which had a fantastic, dreamy theme, comfortable bedding, and a huge space. Plus, they gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers for two! The breakfast spread was extensive, with freshly ground coffee and local Shunde pastries that were absolutely delicious – I left feeling completely satisfied.
The entire check-in process was warm and thoughtful, and from the moment I arrived to all the little room details, everything was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location is perfect; the night-view Ferris wheel and water show are right downstairs, making evening strolls incredibly convenient. Next time I'm in Shunde, this will definitely be my top choice! I highly recommend it to my friends~

GGuest UserI always stay here for business trips, and I'm always pleasantly surprised. Usually, I have to leave before 7 AM, and the staff kindly pack a breakfast for me. This time, I actually had time to enjoy a proper breakfast and found there was a huge variety of dishes, and even the pastries were incredibly authentic and delicious.

MMinHCI booked an Executive King Room this time, which was 43 square meters with a 2-meter king-size bed. Upon entering, there's a walk-in closet to the right, which was a great feature, not only for hanging clothes but also for luggage storage. To the left, you'll find the bathroom, washroom, and shower room, with the latter two connected. By the window, there's a tatami-style area with a small table, perfect for a tea break. You can see the Ferris wheel 🎡 through the window. The room was surprisingly quiet at night, much better than I expected. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. There are also many restaurants nearby.

It's not far from Guangzhou South Station, about a ten-minute taxi ride if there's no traffic. There are simple eateries and restaurants downstairs, and public transportation nearby.

This stay far exceeded my expectations, and the main credit absolutely goes to the two front desk staff members, Derrick and Kevin! From the moment I checked in, both of them displayed extreme professionalism and warmth. They patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, from room type preferences and parking directions to recommendations for local attractions. Their explanations were clear, well-organized, and incredibly thoughtful, without a hint of perfunctoriness.
During my stay, whenever I had a small question and contacted the front desk, Derrick was quick to respond and even proactively followed up on the resolution progress, which put me completely at ease. Kevin, on the other hand, always paid attention to details, actively helped with my luggage, and reminded me about weather changes. These small touches truly showed his attentiveness. Their service was not only professional and efficient but also delivered with genuine warmth, adding a sense of belonging to what could have been an unfamiliar journey.
The hotel's hardware facilities and environment were already good, but with excellent service staff like Derrick and Kevin, the overall experience was elevated significantly! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time and look forward to experiencing their exceptional service once more.

**Service:** A special thank you to the short-haired lady at the front desk on March 27th and 28th. We encountered some issues with our tickets in the morning and thought we'd leave unhappy, but she was incredibly proactive and patient in helping us resolve the problem. She handled it professionally and quickly, ensuring our itinerary wasn't delayed and bringing our trip to a perfect conclusion. Her exceptional 5A-level service left a deep impression on me; it's truly the most valuable asset of this scenic area!
**Accommodation:** We stayed in the Taoleju Lake View Room, and the balcony view was genuinely lovely. Sitting on the balcony in the morning, enjoying breakfast and watching the ducks swim leisurely in the lake, was incredibly relaxing! The room also thoughtfully provided kids' slippers, kids' toothbrushes, and even two umbrellas – truly parent-friendly. The only major drawback was the sheer number of mosquitoes. Although the room was equipped with a good array of mosquito repellents, we still ended up battling mosquitoes at night 😂 Perhaps the hotel could consider adding mosquito nets?
**Activities:** What I liked most was the comprehensive range of activities available within the scenic area: amusement rides, a wildlife world, an ice and snow world, and even hot springs. It fulfilled all of our child's wishes! Regarding the entertainment credits, our stay already included 120 credits, plus a 'buy one get three free' offer. We topped up an additional 130 yuan, which covered almost all the activities suitable for kids under 1.1 meters. The prices for the various activities were quite reasonable. Lastly, it was a pity that the highly anticipated lake cruise and duck feeding activity was suspended. I hope we can make up for this regret next time.
