My stay at the Qingdao North Railway Station Shengping Road Light Inn was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, very close to Qingdao North Railway Station, making travel a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; both check-in and check-out were handled very efficiently. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I got a great night's sleep. The hotel environment was cozy, and the cleanliness was exceptional, making for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was varied and tasty, offering great value for money overall. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Qingdao. Five-star rating!

Excellent value for money! The hot water was consistent and the Wi-Fi was fast. The lobby was clean and simply designed. The smart toilet, a Geberit, was as comfortable as the one at home. The mattress and bedding were top-notch! Definitely recommend. Yulia provided thoughtful and attentive service. A very satisfying experience, I'll recommend it to friends and family visiting Qingdao.

The hotel is right next to May Fourth Square, just a 10-minute walk away! The room is very spacious, a suite with two bathrooms. The bedroom's bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub, and the ocean view outside is also beautiful! The cleaning lady for the room was exceptionally good, always replenishing mineral water and juice promptly every day. The front desk service was also excellent; sometimes when we returned late and couldn't find a parking spot, they would proactively come to the main entrance to direct and help us find one! Overall, next time I visit Qingdao, this hotel will definitely be on my list!

The environment is quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep, and the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it whether you're visiting the West Coast for leisure or business!

Traveling with kids, my priority was a hotel with direct beach access, which led me to choose the Hyatt Regency Qingdao Shanhai. The location is truly a huge plus! 🌊 You can go straight down to the beach from the hotel and even catch the sunrise over the sea, which significantly enhanced our experience. It's also very close to Wheat Island, Fushan Forest Park, and the Polar Ocean World, making sightseeing and excursions effortless. The executive lounge offers breathtaking views and a wide panorama, and the food quality is excellent; it's a very pleasant spot to relax. A special thanks to Sheila ✨ from the staff. She was incredibly patient and attentive from the booking stage, helping me compare and analyze the executive and sea-view rooms, giving suitable recommendations based on my needs, and enthusiastically suggesting nearby attractions. She also arranged for a child safety rail. Since we were with a child, we also received a complimentary sand play bucket. I initially expected an ordinary freebie, but I was pleasantly surprised by its excellent craftsmanship and quality; my child absolutely loved it. The service throughout our stay was meticulous and thoughtful, making for a truly wonderful overall experience. Highly recommended for families with children! We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Qingdao.

I had to change my check-in time last minute during my trip, and after communicating online in advance, the front desk staff prepared everything for my check-in. Upon arrival, I didn't have to wait long in the lobby and was able to check in quickly, which saved me a lot of hassle after a long journey. During check-in, considering I was tired from a long journey, the staff spoke in a calm and soothing manner, providing only essential and practical information. Throughout my stay, I called the front desk multiple times to inquire about luggage storage and late check-out policies. Each time, they answered promptly, provided clear explanations, and offered suitable solutions from a guest's perspective. Check-out was transparent and reassuring. Even near shift change, the staff diligently completed their tasks without rushing guests or being perfunctory. Throughout my entire stay, the front desk team was polite and composed, demonstrating professionalism. During busy times, they worked efficiently and calmly. When it was less busy, they remained at their posts and maintained their service-oriented attitude, without any slack or idleness. Excellent service is hidden in many small details; there's no forced politeness, yet every interaction makes you feel secure and comfortable. The front desk's service alone is enough to make me willing to stay again, and I sincerely recommend it to friends visiting Qingdao.

Just checked out of the Crowne Plaza Qingdao Ocean Spring Resort, and this 3-day, 2-night 'lie-flat' vacation was truly therapeutic. We didn't have to rush to any attractions, making it perfect for families with kids or those looking for a quiet escape. The hotel has a European castle style, and the high-ceilinged lobby with a crystal chandelier immediately sets a holiday mood upon entry. We were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. The room itself was generously sized, but the real highlight was the large balcony. Stepping out, you're greeted by an unobstructed view of Aoshan Bay. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from bed in the morning and the sunset over the sea in the evening – simply an amazing view. While some areas of the facilities showed a bit of age, the overall cleanliness and tidiness were quite good. Downstairs, there's a beach where you can wade in the water or dig in the sand – the kids absolutely loved it. There's also an outdoor children's swimming pool, and hotel guests have unlimited access. Next to it, there's a small petting zoo, where feeding the animals easily fills up a whole day.

We were very satisfied with our overall vacation experience. First and foremost, I'd like to commend Levi at the front desk – he was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. After speaking with him, he assisted us in requesting a late check-out and thoughtfully recommended a local spot for delicious BBQ and beer. He was also very thorough in explaining all the facilities. Midway through our stay, the air conditioning in our room stopped working. We reported it, and the issue was resolved very quickly. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is very close to the beach, so the location is great. Although we encountered a minor equipment issue, the response was prompt and the problem was handled effectively. Our overall experience was excellent, and the staff's service was a big plus. We will definitely prioritize this hotel again on our next visit to the West Coast, and a big thanks to Levi for his thoughtful assistance.
