I booked two rooms. One had a view of the 2nd-floor pool, and to the right of the pool, where it's open, you can see the ocean (picture 3). It's about a 12-minute walk to the beach. The balcony has a drying rack, which is handy for swimwear and socks. The restaurant is on the first floor, to the right of the front desk. The selection isn't huge, but they do have essentials like milk, coffee, eggs, bread, and fruit. It's about a 30-minute walk to Jomtien Night Market and a 10-15 minute taxi ride to Pattaya Pier.

The room was clean, not old, and looked very new. There was no bad smell. The hot water pressure was just right, not super strong but perfectly usable. The balcony was clean, and the air conditioning was cool. There was refillable water, and the staff provided excellent service. I booked a city view room and was initially assigned room 308. When I opened the balcony, I saw a wall being built. I informed the staff, and they promptly changed my room to 615, which had the city view as I had booked through the app. I'm very satisfied. One minor suggestion: if a room doesn't have a city view and the balcony faces a wall, the hotel should price it differently or clearly state that it's a room without a city view so guests have more options or avoid misunderstandings.

Manager Lisa is incredibly sweet and always busy. Every day I see her zipping between the lobby and the restaurant, and then in the afternoon, she's helping out by the pool – she's like a beautiful hotel manager straight out of a TV drama! I've wanted to stay at this hotel ever since it was built, and now it's become an older property 🤣. Some details in the room show paint peeling and unstable electrical outlets. Breakfast is à la carte for the main dishes, with some self-service options. The food tastes good, but it's a shame there's no cheese at the salad bar. Because it was so busy, the staff were overwhelmed. My coffee took 20 minutes and two reminders to arrive, and after waiting half an hour for my main course, I just gave up and went back to my room 🤣.

This was a Pattaya trip with friends and kids (3 moms + 1 elementary school son + 1 5-year-old son + 1 3-year-old daughter = 6 people). The location of the accommodation is truly excellent. Just across the street is a large shopping mall (Central Festival Pattaya), and if you walk through the mall, the beach is right in front of you. Right next door is a night market (visible from the hotel balcony), and there's another night market behind it. Since the kids were young, we didn't go to the night markets. We either had dinner at the shopping mall or bought fruits and desserts from the supermarket to eat at the accommodation. The cleanliness of the accommodation was fine. Every visible spot was clean. Wine glasses, dishes, and even pots were all neatly arranged. Breakfast: Those who want a wide variety of food might be disappointed. The breakfast costs about 20,000 KRW, and that's exactly what you get for the price. It was perfect for a quick meal with the kids, and the freshly made omelets were delicious. There's a kids' cafe next to the breakfast restaurant, but it's smaller than expected. The kids liked it, but there wasn't really anywhere for the parents who had to stay with them to sit, so they ended up sitting on the floor, making the small space feel even smaller (you can't just drop off the kids and leave). Swimming Pool: It's much smaller than I thought. Just imagine a rooftop pool at a 3-4 star hotel in Korea. One floor up, there's a shallow, boat-shaped pool that's good for kids, but it's also... just small. Not a spacious pool. The six of us just played in the lower pool, and since there were no other people, we had a great time by ourselves, hahaha. The pizza and chicken here are amazing. We ordered extra chicken twice. The price for 5-6 pieces of chicken (wings) was about 299 baht. The location was good, it was clean, and we enjoyed the pool pretty well on our own. However, the front desk staff's English was hard to understand. We don't speak English perfectly either, but their accent made it difficult to understand, so check-in took a long time. Other than that, the price was reasonable, and we had a good stay. It seemed like they had a lot of kids' club activities, but we didn't participate in any of them.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend it to everyone. The location is not bad; the beach is a bit far, but it's dirty there anyway, so you wouldn't swim. The area is quiet, but there are bars and restaurants around – life is bustling in the evenings, but not so much that it disturbs sleep. We stayed in a family room in the new building, and everything matched the photos – clean and fresh. Breakfasts were decent and tasty.

I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen t. curtains block out the light perfectly. While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish. 🐜Tiny ants are present in all rooms ✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out. although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. We had to move the room's only chair between the beds just to have a place to put things.

Pretty good! It's like a domestic chain hotel. The location is super close to Pattaya Beach, and you even get a free coffee, which is a nice touch. Plus, there's Mixue nearby, haha. Just a heads-up though, the taxi app's location isn't very accurate, so keep an eye out for that. The service attitude was also good.

The room was decent, and the cleanliness was good, pretty much as others have mentioned – a bit old-fashioned. However, the unbeatable ocean view from the balcony made up for everything. Facilities: Good, all complete, with a bathtub and shower. Environment: Absolutely fantastic. Service: Average. The shower gel ran out and wasn't refilled promptly. I had to go to the front desk to get more myself, as no one brought it to the room. The upside is how incredibly close it is to the sea.

The location is still great. I stayed here before when I was on a budget trip. The room isn't huge, but it's very clean, so if you don't have high expectations, it's pretty good. The tuk-tuks on the street outside can be a bit noisy at night, but it's bearable. There's no breakfast, but you can store your luggage, and the front desk service is excellent. The Wi-Fi wasn't great, and the air conditioning was old-fashioned but quite cold.

The rooms are clean and the service is good. There's food downstairs with a restaurant. A little walk further and there's a 7-Eleven, and lots of food options right out front. There's also a swimming pool for relaxation and just chilling out.
