The best feature is the proximity to the airport itself. It literally took about two minutes fior the hotel's free shuttle to get to the entrance of the hotel.
The rooms are reasonably priced especially in the current economy, clean and amply supplied with incidentals.
There's a 24 hour restaurant and bar on the premises and Starbuck's coffee is available there.

We stay everytime we drive to Florida. It's a great spot, close to the airport. This year we flew to the Bahamas from there.

I almost fell on the extremely slick floor in my hotel room entry way. Like walking on a skating rink. Blame the humidity? No, change the flooring so my spare stays in the air.

Beds were uncomfortable, the person in the morning couldn’t make Starbucks coffee, The food available to eat at night was horrible. Body wash in our room. Fire pit doesn’t work. Indoor pool is cold. Limited feminine products for emergencies. Baseboard in our room was falling off the wall had been attempted to staple it back up, but looked very trashy. I wouldn’t stay here again it was supposed to be a four star hotel. Two stars is overstatement.

My stay was very good. Staff was very pleasant and that was every one of them.
The only complaint I had was there were little kids running around the hallway at 11:30 at night. I called the front desk to complain. They said that they would take care of it. It seem like they calmed it down but then the kids got going again.

The bed creamed everyone you moved. The tv remote didn’t work. The conditioner bottle was empty in the shower. The mirror in the bathroom was peeling off and the heater sounded awful. Terrible experience

First night the door key would not work so we had to go back down and get another one made. We specifically asked for housekeeping each day and we didn’t get it the first day. We had to ask again and we got it the next day. The room did not have anything to drink from except one coffee cup. The room was dark. Not enough lighting. Wallpaper coming off everywhere, bathroom door seal falling off, rooms need to be updated. Tile shower was not clean. Customer service checking out was poor.

It was dirty, didn’t have enough towels always were unavailable. People were complaining about stolen personal items. AC / heater was so loud couldn’t sleep

We love this hotel. It has gone through an upgrade
The only issue we have is the noisy AC/HEAT system.
