Facilities: The decor is quite refined, but the window didn't seal properly, letting in a draft which made it a bit cold. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Very convenient location in a commercial area, and close to the train station. Service: Excellent! They provided chocolates in the room and a handwritten thank you note. Breakfast: €30 per person, felt like there wasn't much variety.

Pros.: Hotel is beautiful, location is good. Cons.: breakfast doesn’t worth it! Also you have to carry bags over entering stairs (receptionists were so kind and supported). You can expect street sounds in the room (not well insulated)

Very warm reception and quick check-in. Super comfortable bedding and room. Very clean. The hotel is so well located with so many restaurants and bars and attractions in walking distance. Only tiny minus point was the noise on the 0-floor which was near the housekeeping storage.

The hotel is in an incredibly convenient location, right next to a shopping street. Facilities are beautifully designed, and they even provide Aesop amenities! Room was spacious and clean, the staff were exceptionally friendly. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 separate nights, the first night room is a very splendid decoration, one little comment is we live on the 1st floor which is next to the passerby road and there was construction work early in the morning which was quite noisy. Yet, other than that, overall it was great. We came back again after visiting Bruges and this time we were arrange on the zero floor at first (then changes to the 3rd floor as the air conditioning wasn’t work well), both 2 rooms were much quieter and the hotel manager is very helpful too

Hotel is in an amazing location. A short walk from pretty much everything. The hotel is recently renovated and stunning! It feels peaceful and relaxed inside and the breakfast service was wonderful even if a little busy and sometimes the kitchen is overwhelmed so you need to wait a little longer than usual. The hotel is very new so they are still figuring out how all their systems work but overall they are doing a great job. I’m surprised at the low price compared to other hotels in Brussels and I hope the price and service stays the same in the future. I would definitely be back. The hotel makes you feel very luxurious!
