The location is perfect, right and one of the shopping streets where you can walk to a lot of the attractions. The hotel has 2 exits where one is open 24/7 where the reception is and where you can be dropped off by taxi. The other is on the shopping street, closing at 22.00 because it is also where the hotel restaurant Winestone is located. The restaurant has a good variety of food and very friendly and diligent staff which goes for the whole hotel. The breakfast is not served in the restaurant, but on the 2. floor. It has eggs, bacon, bread, cheese, ham, cereal, yoghurt, small pancakes, fruit, a little bit of vegetables. Could have liked the hot food to be hot, it was seldom the case. The room was nice with safety deposit box, coffee/tea, 1 bottle of water each day, mini bar and shampoo + shower gel and hair dryer. The room was cleaned spotless every day! The room becomes a bit hot and it helps to open the window. Right now there is construction going on, so you don't want the window open while they work. In the ground floor there is a fitness room with a good variety of equipment. The front desk staff is very helpful. We used the cleaning service for having some shirts ironed. That worked very well.

No frills hotel with the perfect location approximately a minute walk to Fashion Street and a couple minutes walk from the Christmas market. Easily accessible to the train and bus stations.

It is a very nice and clean hotel with an excellent location in downtown Budapest. The front desk staff were kind, fast and helpful. I can say that everything in this hotel was excellent except the breakfast that could be a lot a lot better. 1- Not a lot of choices to eat in fact ... honestly not a lot choices that such hotel normally has. 2- The warmest things to eat or drink was the tee and coffee but nothing else. 3- Lack of the servers. Few available severs were smily and really active running around to collect and clean the tables after someone left, but during having breakfast no-one came to collect used dishes from the table at all. (Non of the tables not only mine)

I have one thing to say. The location of the hotel is okay. It is more suitable for girls to travel alone. The cruise ferry is relatively close. But I was really dissatisfied with the rest. First of all, they saw that I was alone and arranged a room with a mini-sized window for me. Secondly, the breakfast is really not delicious. It is the worst restaurant I have visited in more than a dozen cities in Europe. Coffee with milk has a very watery and strange taste. Finally, at 10 o'clock in the morning on the last day of check-out, I had a do-not-disturb sign outside my door, but a female staff member kept knocking on the door in a hurry. I thought there was something urgent. After opening the door, she told me that she was here to check the minibar. Have you drank? ? Then after checking in, he asked me when I would check out. There were still two hours before check-out time. Excuse me? ? ?

The hotel is conveniently located, close to many tourist attractions, and very close to the subway station. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. The only drawback is that the hotel's breakfast buffet has less food choices.

The hotel is in a terrible location. Right in the center. He has a great staff and always ready to help where needed. Breakfast quite good with variety. However, it is a relatively old renovated building, with average facilities, but clean and without bad smells. On the plus side, they allowed us to enter the room 3 hours earlier because they had it ready.

The staff are really friendly. I stayed in hotels here and there in Hungary for a business trip, and this one is the most like the picture. It has convenient facilities and downtown areas nearby. It's good value for money. I don't recommend hotels near the river.
