Here's my take on it:
So, this place is in a great spot, right next to the boardwalk and a 2 minute walk from Haeunder Beach. The rooms are super clean since they're tidied up every day, and the staff are friendly and always ready to help. The best part is that there's a supermarket right downstairs so convenient! They even have a washroom available which is nice.
Now for the not so great stuff. There are actually two hotels in the same building, which means things can get a bit crowded, especially when it comes to the elevators. During busy times, you might end up waiting for like 9 minutes or just decide to take the stairs instead.
Also, I'm not crazy about the 11am checkout time personally, I think noon would be way better. But, that's just my preference.
Overall, the location is hard to beat, and the place has its perks, but it's got a few downsides too.

Spent over 4,000 for a four-day stay. Overall, I was satisfied, but it didn't offer great value for money. Both its advantages and disadvantages were quite clear.
**Pros**:
The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Haeundae Beach. It's within walking distance to the popular 'sky capsule' train station platform and X the Sky for night views. The area also has plenty of restaurants, an Olive Young store, a snack street, and convenience stores.
The front desk lobby offers beautiful sea views. The staff's overall service attitude was warm and welcoming. Most of them spoke basic English, so communication was perfectly fine even without knowing Korean.
Breakfast offered a decent variety of dishes, though it wasn't overly extensive – which I didn't mind, considering we were in Korea. When it got busy, the food was replenished promptly. I'd recommend the Busan pork soup.
The sea view from the third-floor lounge is stunning. A thoughtful addition is the guest pantry, perfect for enjoying snacks purchased from convenience stores.
**Cons**:
The room's furnishings were too basic, almost like a budget hotel. The layout was also impractical, with insufficient space for belongings if you have more than a few items. This is something to consider if you're particular about room amenities.
Additionally, the room's soundproofing wasn't very good; noises from the hallway were clearly audible.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Haeundae subway station, and as soon as you step out, you're on a bustling commercial street. However, in the twin room we booked, each bed only came with one pillow. We called housekeeping to inquire if they could provide two additional pillows. To our utter astonishment, they replied there were none. We double-checked, asking if a hotel of this size truly didn't have a single spare pillow. Their response was a very curt 'No.' A 25-story hotel, and not one extra pillow to be found! I was absolutely speechless. This is a complete discredit to the Ramada brand name.

As good as always, this time Toyoko in front of famous Haeunde beach. All standard good Toyoko stuff plus beach rest! You can even get the ocean view from the room. This is the first Toyoko where I met plenty of foreigners - to count this as good or maybe not - is up to you (-:

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable (bed and pillows were good). Toiletries were provided and towels were changed daily. There were performances along the beach just right in front of the hotel at night. The walk to the train station is abit far under the hot sun but still manageable. Hotel was 3 mins walk from the main shopping area hence its surrounding was quite serene. The rooftop swimming pool was tiny and its view was blocked by windows. Overall, it was a good stay which I would recommend.

We booked the day of arrival here at Raviens and we stayed at the 22nd floor with partial Sea View. We really enjoyed our stay here. It seems like a fairly new accommodation. Very close to the beach and the Main Street where all the shops and restaurants is at. If you don’t have a Korean plug…they would loan you one! That was really appreciated!
We would book here again when we go back to Busan!

I had a nice and enjoyable stay. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly as well. During my check-in on the afternoon of May 23, a staff member at the check-in counter was extremely helpful. Although I didn’t catch his name, he spoke excellent English and assisted me by replacing my lost breakfast coupon. Earlier that morning, two other staff members had turned me away when I reported my lost coupon.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The location is superb, right next to Haeundae Beach. You can just head downstairs to play in the sand and stroll along the pedestrian street, making it perfect for a vacation.
Last year, I booked a sea-view room, and this time I decided to try a city-view room. However, I'll definitely stick with sea-view rooms from now on. The city-view rooms face the street, and at night, you can hear luxury cars and motorcycles with loud exhausts, which might disturb early sleepers.
The hotel staff are very polite and helpful with luggage. The hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk from Haeundae subway station.
Overall, it's an ideal hotel for a vacation, and it's about a one-kilometer walk to the Busan Sky Capsule. On both my stays, I skipped the hotel breakfast. Instead, I headed straight to the Starbucks on the 4th floor. Enjoying breakfast there with the sea view is incredibly relaxing.

Location: The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from Exit 5 of Metro Line 2, which is a bit of a distance. The walk takes you past various main commercial streets. However, it's extremely close to the beach, just a 2-minute walk downstairs.
Cleanliness: Very clean, with daily housekeeping.
Facilities: Rooms are equipped with a clothes dryer, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer. Two complimentary bottles of mineral water are provided daily. Please note that toothbrushes and toothpaste are not included.
Service: The front desk staff are very friendly and speak English. Check-in is strictly at 3 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Luggage storage is available.

Fully self service but with a hotel reception counter with friendly staffs to assist if necessary.
Passcode for lift, room door and luggage storage facilities are sent by email 3hours before check in. No physical room card or keys. Early check in is granted at a small fee.
Very pleasant staying experience with Urbanstay. Haeundae is indeed a very convenient location and this hotel is same building as CGV cinema, located just at subway haeundae station. The bus stops right in front of hotel has many buses serving routes to all tourist attractions. Lots of food options here too.
Highly recommended.

GGuest UserIt's newly built, so it's much more comfortable than the surrounding hotels.
The size is just average.
The bed is just right! The pillows are a bit high. ㅜㅜ This is a bit of a problem.
The heating is very, very slow.
I would definitely visit again!

Amazing
GGuest UserIt was great being close to the sea, and having complimentary coffee was a nice touch. What stood out most was how much better the quality felt compared to the pictures in the app. Maybe it's just me, but from the photos, I initially thought, 'Hmm, not bad.' However, seeing it in person, I was pleasantly surprised, 'Oh wow, this is actually fantastic!' The complimentary movie access was a huge plus; I managed to watch many films I'd been wanting to see! There were two beds: one standard, and the other had an adjustable height feature, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, a tablet located between the beds allowed for easy control of curtains, air conditioning, and lighting – another fantastic feature. I'd definitely return.

GGuest UserVery convenient location as it’s right above the bus and metro stations. Not very satisfied with housekeeping as we found blood stains on the bedsheets. We reported the problem to the reception and got them changed on the next day, but there were still little stains here and there and the room was dusty. The breakfast buffet is below average. That said, the convenience of the location outweighs all the flaws. Still a nice option for budget travellers!

GGuest UserFacing the bus street, it was close to the bus stop and train station, and it was easy to go anywhere. There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
Also, it was comfortable to make up my bed every day.
Amenity such as pots, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes ... were also available. There was a bath with a bathtub, and I was able to watch Netflix, Disney, etc.
Check out was affordable, just put the card in the container ....
However, I was told to contact before check-in, so I called, but I was worried that I could not communicate enough in English and Japanese.
