Upon arrival, staff were helpful with luggage, and generally very friendly. Stepping into the room, the view from the window was a pleasant surprise. The room layout was well-designed and fully equipped, with ample space to unpack, a proper desk and chairs, a kettle with tea bags, complimentary bottled water, and even slippers. For travelers arriving in Barcelona after a long journey, the amenities provided were incredibly reassuring. The bathroom had an excellent wet/dry separation, easily the most practical and well-designed I encountered on this trip, keeping everything tidy. The hotel is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from a Mercadona supermarket, and about a 15-minute walk to Casa Batlló and Casa Milà. The only downside was that the WiFi was down on the day I checked in. It was later repaired, but unfortunately, I wasn't informed.

Overall, I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. For a four-star establishment, I expected more. Some areas of the hotel seem a bit dated, giving it the impression of a package tour hotel rather than a modern city hotel. The pool area is decent, but nothing special. The artificial turf doesn't look particularly high-quality, and the pool's atmosphere didn't win me over. Guests often sit in the water with cocktails, which doesn't exactly contribute to a relaxed ambiance. The lobby and lounge also feel rather cold and uninviting. While there is a bar, it unfortunately lacks a genuine bar atmosphere or coziness. I believe there's significant room for improvement here. The room itself was tidy, but the refrigerator could be a bit larger. It would be practical if it could accommodate ice or larger drinks. On the positive side, I'd like to highlight the beds – they were really comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. One point that particularly bothered me: the hotel descriptions barely mention that it's located directly next to a highway or a highway exit. Vehicles pass practically right by the hotel. This is less noticeable on weekends, but during the week, the traffic is clearly audible. I found the traffic noise particularly disturbing when having breakfast outdoors. Ultimately, I made the best of my stay and had a pleasant time. Nevertheless, I wouldn't classify this hotel as a particularly high-quality four-star establishment, and I would likely choose a different accommodation for my next visit to Barcelona. Overall, it was a solid, but rather average experience.

The reception staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, which made our stay feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. We also truly loved the rooms—they were beautiful, well-maintained, and added a lot to the overall experience. The team was generally very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. However, there was one small disappointment. I had requested a birthday arrangement for my husband on three separate occasions, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. I completely understand that such requests are not always guaranteed, but it would have been appreciated to at least receive a reply or update.  Overall, we had a lovely stay, and with a bit more communication on special requests, the experience could have been perfect.

The hotel is located right by the promenade. You can rent bikes and have a nice evening. The only thing is, we rented electric bikes and they didn't work. We couldn't figure out what was wrong with them, so in the end, we took a regular bike but paid the electric bike price :) Make sure to check them with the staff. As for the room, breakfast, and service, no complaints at all, only gratitude.

The room is airy with a window, and the balcony gets plenty of sunlight. Besides breakfast, the bar on the 3rd floor is open until 11 PM, so you don't need to go out for lunch or dinner. There's also a Spanish national supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient, just remember it's closed on Sundays. The location is great; it's not only close to the high-speed rail station but also very near the metro station, making it easy to get to the convention center, stadium, city center attractions, and the airport. The rooftop restaurant offers beautiful views and delicious food.

This was my second stay in the hotel. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, David treated us fantastically and gave us two great rooms in a high floor facing the sea and Montjuic mount, where luckily that same night there were fireworks. The rooms were big and very original, the same unique feeling as the whole building that you cannot find in too many hotels. The roof top bar and swimming pool are excellent to chill and admire the beauty of the city. The gym is a bit compact but enough for a workout, and it has a small indoor pool to relax. But the breakfast was for me the highlight. The service was impeccable, preparing coffee for you on demand, and the variety of fruits, cold cuts and different dishes was so good that our breakfast lasted close to one hour. I will go again for sure!

I recently stayed at Sercotel Hotel Rosellón and had a mixed experience. The location is definitely a highlight—it’s just a short walk to the Sagrada Familia, which makes it very convenient for sightseeing. The surrounding area is also easy to navigate, with access to public transportation nearby. However, the maintenance of the hotel needs improvement. On our very first night, the bathroom lavatory was already clogged the first time we used it. The bathroom tiles also had visible mold, which was quite disappointing and affected the overall cleanliness impression. Another downside is the room temperature control. Guests cannot adjust it themselves since it’s centrally managed. During our stay, I woke up sweating on two separate nights, which made it quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was just okay—very basic, with limited choices and the same selection every day. The only standout for me was the freshly squeezed orange juice, which was a nice touch. We also tried the rooftop bar, mainly for the view of the Sagrada Familia, which is indeed beautiful. Unfortunately, the food did not match the view. The nachos were bland, and the burgers were not enjoyable. Overall, while the location is excellent, I personally find this hotel overrated. If you’re planning to explore more of Barcelona, I would recommend considering other accommodations, as the city is very accessible by bus and metro anyway.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the surrounding area was quiet. It was also very convenient to get around. The facilities were good, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a kettle, which was a thoughtful touch. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were very warm and patient.

Well not satisfied with the stay. The cleaner didnt come two days to clean room. Complained to the manager and they compensated witb 60 Euro dinner voucher and some hotel redeem points. Maybe I have stayed more in hotels in Asia where there is different and higher standards of service so I am bit disappointed. Any ways manager was gracious to accept the mistake and on their part this is extreme peak season so maybe the housekeeping staff was on their toes. But another piece to grind is their aggressive marketing as a hotel for families with kids particularly on trip.com but i felt this was not accurate. I had two kids 4 year and 1 year old and the room was bit small for me. The AC worked well though. The view from window was nice (could see Sagrada Familia) . In anycase mixed reactions.

We stayed in Eurohotel (not this branch) in Barcelona 10 over years ago and had a lovely experience with the hotel except it was a bit far from town. It is a bit disappointed with the rooms and facilities for this round. Location wise is perfect if using bus as many buses passes by the nearest bus stop which is 3 min walk from hotel and most of them will be stopping at Plaza Espanya otherwise can catch the metro which is 2 bus stop away. No restaurant nearby hotel but many to choose from at the Europa ¦ Fira metro station, 2 bus stop away. There isn't kettle & tea /coffee facility in the room; shower finishing was quite poor as well. Staff are friendly. we even requested the shower gel in the small bottle despite what were being supplied in the room which we are not comfortable with the smell, it smell like hair perming solution.
