I have a perfect holiday with trip.com .the hotel was really near to the airport. The hotel was clean and staffs were friendly and helpful.

Clean and cozy room. Airport shuttle was the strongest point. Wished there were a room sleepers. It was a lot better than I imagined from reviews.

if you got room number start from 5, which means your room is at the garden view room, that was very terrible, the facilities are super old and not clean there. You`d must better to ask the staff to change your room, the rooms in the main building are renovated, with nicer facilities and cleaner shuttle bus is very convinient

Best location near airport.. Comfortable stay though old construction. Good breakfast choices as well.. Recommend for this budget (INR 9000)

Perfect lodging for a layover. We did not experience our included breakfast but did dine Italian the night before upon arrival. Food and service were average.

This has to be one of the worst experiences we had with a hotel. We made the reservation for 3x adults including breakfast. For my mom 65, my dad 74 and me 28. 1. We enter the hotel and we had to scan our bags like all security in Egypt. Nobody approached my elderly parents to assist them with their luggage’s (bell boys) once we crossed security one sir with eye glasses stood behind our bags waiting for a tip. Which of course we didn’t give as he never assisted. 2. We reached the hotel at 12:30 and the receptionist told us the check in is at 14:00 and that she’ll try to give us a room before that. During this time we saw several families laying in the sofas as they were on the same situation. At any point any of the staff approached to offer welcome drinks or to let us leave our luggage somewhere to go grab a bite. 3. At 14;00 we finally got our room at the 1at floor which is located next to the staff, kitchen, and it department. The room had 2 single beds only. For 3 adults. My mom went to the reception to ask for a bigger room to actually make 3 adults fit. At this point the hotel finally offered the welcome drinks to apologize. Which we never received even. 4 after 1 hour they gave us the key to a queen size bed and their solution was to bring an extra single bed for my dad. They told us is coming right now. We waited over 4 hours for this bed to arrive since we got the key from our new room. Over 5 hours since we’ve arrived at the hotel at this point! And after 2 calls to reception which every time we called they hang up the phone saying” it’s coming”. searching for housekeeping staff at the corridors and contacting the manager directly. The bed was the mattress holder. It was not even a mattress for a 75 year old person. 5. The hotel is beautiful with the most horrendous service. At the restaurant you feel not welcome, approached, never saw a single smile from any of the staff: from bell boy, receptionist, manager; waiters, even housekeeping. Miserable staff only that take it up on the customers. 6. During midnight someone tried opening the door which for our luck was locked so they were not succesful. We could tell was staff from their language plus we weee next to three staff offices including housekeeping room. 7. At the check out with zero additional bills to pay. The staff make you wait over 15 minutes for nothing. Rudeness as they knew that we had to be at the airport just to let us wait those 15 minutes and say: ok that’s it. And start laughing immediately. Cannot recommend this hotel to any family or anyone who values money for that matter. Worst money spent omg Egypt on a 5 star hotel.

Great location. It had a lot of options in terms of food. Might not be the best option if you want to see the city center since it is about 20-30 min.

The location was very good - close to the airport with regular airport shuttles to and from the airport. The food was good too. The breakfast service was delicious with a wide variety of options. However, the room facilities are old and need an upgrade to bring it up to current standards, especially the bathroom. The bathtub glass door only covered half of the length of the tub and water spilled on the floor most of the time. Also the bathtub drain was blocked and water did not flow out easily. The electrical outlets in the room were quite few and it was challenging connecting our laptops and phones at the same time. Apart from the room facilities, the hotel was quite nice.

One of the lights would not turn off, I was only given a single bed, though I had booked a double. No milk was provided in the room. However the Duty manager did react well when I complained.

Overall the hotel is very good especially for the people who is flying from Cairo airport. The staff is very friendly and the room was very good and I was recently renovated.

I’m quite upset with the service from the hotel. The reception was pleasant yet her English skills lacked which meant I was left a little confused about some of the things that she was saying. I specifically booked this hotel for the ****** which to my surprise was closed. What’s the point of having one if it’s closed?? The room was upgraded to a premium room and they have butlers corner and snack/coffee room within the premium room sides which I assumed was accessible to those staying in the premium rooms. The breakfast was absolutely chaotic and messy. The coffee machine was basically out of order and it was meant to cater to the masses at the breakfast station. The kitchen staff looked under pressure and it made the environment quite stressful. The breakfast was quite mediocre. After having some parts of my breakfast at the main hall, I did go back to my room and visited the premium coffee and snack room to get some coffee because I didn’t have any at breakfast, got some small snacks as well…Later I get a knock on my door by two ladies asking me if used the room and if I was even allowed to go into that room…I.e. the room was empty when I entered (no staff around) and basically asked me to pay 375EL for the small snacks I ate which was quite rude knowing that no one was in the room in the first place to give instructions. I could have easily booked the Novotel just a few meters away also close to the airport but I wanted to celebrate my birthday and last day in Egypt at the ****** and just relaxing, it wasn’t quite this way. While my sister and I were having a bottle of wine at the bar, the service staff also mentioned that he too enjoys the cheap bottle of wine. Where does he get off grading and classing people in this way? Extremely dissatisfied.

Very near to the airport and very correct. They have also a free shuttle to go the airport in less than 5 minutes every 30 minutes.

Nice hotel to stay before taking our flight back home. They have a kids playground outside and it was amazing for our 2 years old to use. The breakfast was not really good but the food that we eat a la carte was okay

The hotel is tired, I've been staying there for 25 years, it needs a refurb.
