Arrived at 1pm and apologised for arriving early. Receptionist said we will needed to wait but were told that we would be called as soon as our room became available. Normal check in was 3 pm. Fair enough we thought. Went for a walk and waited for called. Received a message at 3:55pm to say the to say that the room was ready. The room was pleasant enough but had a leaking toilet. We were given another room, but unfortunately, though the view was better, there was a gap in the small shower window and we woke up with multiple mosquito bites. Not brilliant.

The hotel is beautiful, boutique and cozy. The location is great. The best part of our stay is definitely the staff. The service was absolutely outstanding. We will come back!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is gorgeous and not open to the public which was a plus. Our room had was 2 levels, washroom and shower/streamer on the 1st with the bedroom and balcony with ocean view on the 2nd. The room was incredibly designed with its layout and vaulted ceiling. The only drawback was there was a lot of ants in the washroom. While we could look past them it was somewhat off putting.

This hotel has recently opened and they deserve all the support. Built out of an old casa colonial in the historical centre, the design is cool, the room was clean and nice. I enjoyed the fresh breakfast. Since the arrival, the welcome was warm and the staff (literally, everyone) have been extremely caring throughout all my stay. I have felt cuddled, whatever info or service I needed they managed to satisfy.

The property only has seven rooms and is amazingly stylish. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was gourmet. It was probably the best post eggs and avocado that I’ve ever had. It is close to town city center but fairly quiet for Cartagena. We will definitely be recommending other stay there in the future

We stayed for four nights with our teenage daughters. The hotel is lovely and the staff is excellent—extremely kind. They went out of their way to walk us to a drugstore when we asked for directions. They also arranged a driver for an outing and gave us tips on where to go. Nicely located in walkable distance to the action but in a quiet corner. The google control of the rooms was a bit unnecessary from our point of view but a novelty nonetheless.

Wonderful restored boutique hotel with few rooms. Staff was so helpful and ready to care for every detail. Wonderful location across from teatro Heredia right on the old town wall by the sea safe to walk and quiet at night with many options.

The sign for the hotel is small and not lighted, so it was hard for the taxi to find the hotel. Marketing 101.
The staff is very kind and helpful and patient.
It is in the centro historico so they have to work with the old building. The location is convenient to the restaurants and bards in Centro.
There was no closet, which makes unpacking and organizing hard.
They do not provide free water, which I find annoying and not consistent with the boutique hotel genre.
My bed had 2 large sex stains on the comforter. It had been washed but the stains were very visible right on the lower corner. How someone did not throw it away or turn it over so it is not visible is hard to fathom.
The breakfast was good, but the dining area on the rooftop is kinda dumpy, and I got bit twice by a mosquito in 3 minutes. Put repellent on before you dine there.
The room uses voice control, which is a hassle to learn especially if you arrive late and tired.
It's not a bad value for the money I paid on *******, but arrive with modest expectations if you book.
