Breakfast is good. The customer service of the staff is not good. Securities are not helpful for luggage or anything.. Very old Hotel. Average stay.

Best hotel in Jakarta,if i think how much I paid..big swimming pool,good sauna.good gym..super breakfast...hotel personal also was wonderful..i feel at my home..also cross to street was good and cheap restaurant...grab taxi to airport around 150.000 rupiah..i will come back this hotel for stay in Jakarta
