Atour Hotels in Changsha

The room was very clean. Upon check-in, I even saw a cleaner using a lint roller on the floor, which showed great attention to detail. The staff was very patient in guiding me through check-in. I had originally booked a windowless room, but for a small extra fee, I was upgraded to a street-facing room. They offer laundry service, and it was fantastic – clothes were washed, dried, neatly folded, and delivered right to my door! They also called to ask if I needed the room cleaned, though the cleaning service on the second day wasn't as prompt. The hotel's location is very convenient for transportation; there's a subway entrance/exit right downstairs, along with many restaurants and snack shops. If you turn left outside, 'Ben Luobo' offers very authentic Changsha cuisine. Despite being in a bustling area, the room itself was very quiet. A couple of minor drawbacks were that the elevators were a bit slow, and breakfast wasn't included.

The room was clean, and the service was excellent. They even have robots that can deliver parcels directly to your room. The TV was huge, and you could cast content from your iPad to watch your favorite movies – it was even bigger and better than TVs found in many five-star hotels. The breakfast was decent; I particularly recommend the beef and rice, which I had every morning. The location is fantastic. Right next door, there's a picturesque hutong alleyway perfect for photo ops, filled with charming little shops, delicious restaurants, and even an Italian gelato shop. It's also very close to Huangxing Walking Street and Wuyi Square, with a subway station nearby, making it incredibly convenient to visit attractions like Orange Isle and Yuelu Academy. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I've always opted for Atour hotels on my trips. For this visit to Changsha, I naturally planned to book an Atour again. However, I noticed an Atour with an 'S' in its name and was initially curious about its meaning. A quick call to inquire revealed that 'S' denotes Atour's premium, high-end series. Intrigued, I decided to book the Atour S, and it certainly proved to be a significant upgrade from the regular Atour hotels. Firstly, the hotel's location is excellent and easy to find, being very close to Wuyi Square – incredibly convenient for tourists like us. The front desk is uniquely situated on the 49th floor, with a dedicated elevator providing direct access, which effectively separates guests from the bustling street-level crowds. Stepping into the lobby, I immediately sensed a distinct, more upscale ambiance compared to standard Atour hotels. The front desk staff were highly professional during check-in. They even overheard my friend and me complaining about the heat and our sweaty clothes, and proactively offered laundry service. Entering the room, I was instantly captivated by the breathtaking view from the window. We checked in at dusk, just in time for a stunning sunset, and I couldn't resist spending a good while taking photos from our window. The next morning, I made sure to wake up early for breakfast, choosing a window seat. Enjoying my meal with such a beautiful vista truly uplifted my mood. I will definitely prioritize staying at Atour S hotels for all my future travels.

My stay at the Atour S Hotel in Changsha this time was absolutely fantastic! The river view room offered unparalleled vistas with its two massive floor-to-ceiling windows. The stunning Xiang River scenery was fully visible, from the shimmering waters during the day to the dazzling city lights at night. Every photo I took felt like a professional shot! Beyond the excellent location and views, the hotel's attention to detail was truly impressive. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, with excellent flavors. I hadn't planned on visiting the local snack streets, but to my delight, I found authentic Tangyou Baba (sugar oil glutinous rice cakes) and delicious noodles right here at the hotel – a truly local taste! The laundry service was also incredibly convenient, a real lifesaver in Changsha's scorching heat. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. Although there was renovation work happening upstairs during our stay, the front desk proactively communicated this to us. Despite this, we weren't disturbed at all once we were in our room, making the overall experience truly exceptional! I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Changsha. Overall it's pretty good. The waiters will take the initiative to greet you. Breakfast will be adjusted every day. In particular, the water pressure of the shower is very high! The shower is very comfortable~ It's convenient to be about 10 minutes away from the subway station. Every time I go out, Atour is the first choice and will not disappoint. The only small drawback may be that the ordinary rooms of Atour are not equipped with a small refrigerator. If there is one, it will be perfect! BTW, the rice and noodles in the side fly restaurant downstairs are not good! If you don't look at the environment and taste, you can really try it. The toppings are all fried by themselves, ”alley shop”.

Another great Atour hotel on our travels across China. We got upgraded to a nice clean room on the 18th floor with wide views over Changsha. Breakfast was having the usual Atour great choice, we enjoyed it every day. Staff was very helpful and always friendly, well done. Excellent public transport choices right in front of the hotel, and a mind blowing freshly made jiaozi restaurant (Jiaozi Renjia) just turn to the left on a Baisha Rd. and then walk about 600m

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me with a friendly smile, proactively inquiring about any needs and providing helpful directions. The housekeeping team was incredibly efficient, keeping the room spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the room cleaned promptly and thoroughly daily. Even details like the sink lighting and the soundproofed doors were impeccable. The breakfast was truly amazing, with an overwhelming variety to choose from – from piping hot Chinese congee and freshly cooked noodles to Western bread, salads, and freshly ground coffee. The ingredients were fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and the warm porridge they provided late at night was especially thoughtful for latecomers. The location is a real plus! The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making it extremely convenient for both business and leisure travel. The surrounding shopping district is well-developed, with a wide range of dining and shopping options, ensuring you have everything you need. This stay truly impressed me with Atour's philosophy of ”treating guests like neighbors.” Every detail reflects their dedication to guests. I'll definitely be choosing Atour for my next trip! Special praise to Miss Lin Man at the front desk, she was very responsive and helped us solve many problems!

Cleanliness: The room was exceptionally clean. Housekeeping was incredibly efficient; if I left the 'make up room' sign on in the morning, the room would be spotless by the time I returned around noon. The ventilation might not be the best, as the bathroom had a slight lingering odor, possibly from the previous guest who had just checked out. However, it mostly cleared up after I turned on the exhaust fan, and overall, the room felt very clean. Location: The location is very convenient. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk straight from the subway exit, making transportation incredibly easy. Various attractions are only a few subway stops away, and taxi rides to most places were just the base fare. Service: The staff were incredibly attentive. They would proactively offer to press the elevator button for guests and always greeted you warmly. Laundry service was efficient, with washed clothes quickly returned to the room. During check-in, they even upgraded my room for free. Although my two-night booking didn't include breakfast, when I inquired at the front desk, they kindly offered complimentary breakfast for the first day. Takeout orders were quickly delivered to my room, and upon check-out, they even thoughtfully asked if I needed bottled water. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Changsha.

The room was spacious and fully equipped, and it was very quiet at night. It's a newly opened hotel, only a month old, so the aromatherapy was excellent, and the service was exceptional. The front desk manager, seeing we were checking in with a child, gave us a national flag and wristbands, and even gave us three complimentary breakfasts. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff, including the lady cooking, were very polite. They greeted us warmly and with smiles as we entered and left. Overall, it was a great experience in Changsha. The restaurants nearby were also excellent, offering typical, affordable, and authentic Changsha cuisine. Highly recommended! Getting around is very convenient; it's just a few minutes from Orange Isle, Wuyi Square, and the IFC mall by subway – extremely close!

The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. There is no smell. There are also alcohol wipes. · Facilities: The facilities are very new and smart, the TV can be screened, electric curtains and various switches, including air conditioning knobs, are at the bedside for easy adjustment. The shower room is large and spacious, the water temperature can be adjusted, the pressure one-click switch, the water pressure is very comfortable. Free Wi-Fi speed is fast, the bedside is equipped with various plug-in ports, directly plugged in with the data cable.
