The first time I came to Changsha to live in Berman, the room was very clean and tidy, really good! The front desk lady is very good, very warm, there is a faint fragrance on the floor, very good smell, not pungent! Like lychee fragrance! The overall environment of the hotel is good! Really good, I recommend everyone to come and experience!

I didn’t have high expectations for the hotel when I made the reservation at first, until I checked in and it was really cost-effective. Service: There is a boy at the front desk who has a very good service attitude. He helped us upgrade our room type for free, and he also said hello every time we met. Overall it's very good.
