首次來長沙這個城市，因為豪生的全方位服務，讓我對這個城市有了莫名的好感，在攜程上看評價預訂的豪華江景大床房，小王一直非常耐心的和我溝通對接房間要求，入住期間等，入住時也確實是按照我的要求安排的非常好，酒店入住非常舒服，江景房視野開闊景觀無敵，早餐豐盛口味很好，因為高鐵是下午四點多的，和前台協商可否將退房時間推遲到兩點，前台小吳也是熱情的幫忙協調把退房推遲到兩點，讓我能在酒店多休息兩個小時，避免了去車站的疲勞等待，下次再來長沙一定還是會選擇入住豪生，再次感謝豪生，謝謝小王和小吳的熱情周到安排，謝謝！

服務很好，景觀很好，給升級了江景房，視野無敵了！超愛的大浴缸邊泡澡邊看夜景非常棒。小朋友很喜歡。細節方面做的不錯，有提供小朋友洗漱用品和拖鞋。下次來長沙還會選擇這裏☺️

江景還是挺美的！帶孩子來辦入住給的吸煙房,雖然做過處理，但煙味還是很大,後到前台説沒有調換的房間了，協商後給升級了無煙樓層的江景房，房間更大一點，感覺舒服多了～臨着江邊,躺在沙發上看着孩子玩耍很愜意哈哈,酒店樓下就可以去江邊散步,第二天餐廳的早餐還蠻好吃～服務不錯給前台小哥Vincent點名表揚,最滿意的一次入住,建議來住一定要定江景房
