"This was my second visit to Sertar, and my first time staying at the Washu Grand Hotel. The young ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful and had excellent service attitudes. They assisted me with booking a visit to the Buddhist Academy and were very patient. There was also warm ginger tea available in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The room even came with complimentary sweet fruit. The breakfast was light, healthy, and comfortable, making us feel right at home with their warm and attentive service. Big thumbs up for the Washu Grand Hotel!!!"

"The hotel has a large backyard. When we first came in, we couldn't find the parking lot, but it turned out that the backyard was the parking lot. The environment was comfortable and clean. Although the receptionist was a local, she was very patient and humble."

"The hotel room was clean and tidy and the service was very good. Provide eight hours of free oxygen supply, not afraid of high reaction. I especially recommend the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. It is the best Sichuan cuisine we have ever eaten in western Sichuan. Each one does not step on thunder and eats two meals in a row. At least it is the level of Sichuan cuisine first-class chef. The price is not expensive"

"The hotel is located on the roadside and has its own parking lot. There is an elevator in the hotel, reminding everyone that the toilet in the room type I live in has an external window, but the window in the room is an inner window. Because Seda County is not big, although not in the center of the county, but you can also walk to the Golden Horse distribution center, there are lights all the way back at night! "I stayed in this hotel when I visited the Buddhist Academy in Seda County. The hotel environment and configuration are relatively good in Seda County. It is convenient to park and there is a dedicated parking lot. It is very close to the ticket reservation and bus location for the Buddhist Academy. The hotel chef's cooking skills are also very nice. Due to the dry weather, the front desk lady kindly helped us prepare a humidifier. The whole stay process was very comfortable and worth recommending!"

"First of all, the front hall brother is really perfect, because the rain and snow on the night of the day, we will open the floor heating for us after placing the order, and when we enter the room, it is hot and harmonious, super 👍🏻, speaks softly, and looks handsome. The room was clean, the room service was good, and the hygiene was clean. The location of the hotel is also good, and the view outside the window is great."

"酒店什麼都好，連老闆的態度我都要實話實説的點個贊，服務態度非常好。唯一的缺點就是不隔音，我房間對面，客人入住，説話關門，我全程聽得一清二楚，這是夜裡十二點多。有一説一，前台小女孩以及客房服務員的服務是真的超級好，真的要表揚，我們在色達這兩天，都要求每家酒店換床單，後來發現不是因為服務員沒換上一任客人的床單被罩，而是他們那的布草洗滌太差。她們當著我們麪更換新的，結果換上還是有毛髮…我認可推薦他家，在藏區大家的設施條件都差，可他家服務暖心，矮子個裡他家算高了。"

"The new hotel, which will be completed in 2025, is very close to the square and distribution center. There may still be many signs of renovation, but it doesn’t matter! The group of people who suffered from altitude sickness as soon as they got off the bus received thoughtful care from the hotel ladies. Not only did they deliver free toiletries for many people, but they also added an oxygen machine for free. Thank you so much😊"
