"The hotel's overall decor is luxurious and grand, with a European classical style that feels very warm and comfortable. The service at check-in was excellent; they proactively guided me to my room. However, I was not satisfied with the room facilities. The hand towel by the sink was severely damaged, and there was a chip on the edge of the bathtub, posing a safety hazard. On the other hand, the sleeping area in the room was a very pleasant experience. The bathroom having its own independent air conditioning system is a feature many hotels lack, which was a nice touch. The breakfast experience was particularly bad – messy and completely lacking in management and service. In terms of decor and luxury, the hotel certainly meets five-star standards. However, in terms of management and service, it falls short of even mid-range chain hotels."

"The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and they even upgraded our room for free! The hotel's location is excellent, making transportation super convenient. Our room was spotless, the TV had screen mirroring, and the whole room was smart-enabled. They even deliver takeout directly to your room. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the restaurant offers a great view of Mount Tai. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. It's also a short walk to Dai Temple. We'll definitely be back!"

"My trip to Mount Tai was full of surprises, starting right from check-in – a free room upgrade! The front desk lady smiled and said I was lucky, but I thought to myself: this isn't luck, it's this hotel warming my heart. The free parking also won me over. Once I parked my car, I didn't move it again. I used the money I saved on parking to treat myself to some Taishan fried chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. The room was so clean I actually wondered if the cleaning staff used a microscope. The bed was so comfortable that the moment I lay down, I felt like I was glued to it. I had planned to get up early to climb Mount Tai, but the bed 'kidnapped' me until noon – oh well, the mountain isn't going anywhere, comfort comes first. The location is absolutely unbeatable. It’s so close to the high-speed rail station that I was there before I even knew it after getting off the train. It’s also near Taohua Valley, so I could avoid the crowds entering the mountain, and it was even within walking distance, saving time and effort. In summary: This hotel is so good, I want to recommend it every time I stay there."

"If you're visiting Tai'an, I highly recommend the Hampton by Hilton Tai'an Tianwaicun! There are three Hampton by Hilton hotels in Tai'an, but after careful consideration, I believe this one has the best location. Remember, it's the Tianwaicun branch! Right across from the hotel's main entrance, just a short walk down to Naihe East Road, you'll find a lively night market. It's incredibly convenient for a stroll and a bite to eat, literally just across the street! If you turn right and walk uphill from the hotel, in less than 10 minutes, you'll reach the highly-rated Lao Tai'an Tai'an Cuisine restaurant – it's an easy walk. Getting to Mount Tai (Tianwaicun entrance) by taxi only takes about 10 minutes, it's super close! The hotel is also very close to the north gate of Dai Temple, just a 10-minute walk. Even a taxi to the south gate of Dai Temple takes less than 10 minutes. The rooms are well-equipped, the bedding is very comfortable, and the breakfast spread is quite good. Overall, my stay was excellent, I definitely recommend it!"

"They claim to be five-star, but this might be the worst Wanda Realm I've ever stayed in. All the upholstered furniture was tattered and worn out. The carpets were also covered in a lot of dust. The hotel has a 'hui'-shaped corridor design, which means the corner rooms have two doors right next to each other, making it very disruptive when people enter and exit. There are large gaps under the doors, allowing you to see shadows of people walking by, and there's absolutely no soundproofing. The hairdryer was the cheapest kind; completely useless for anyone with long hair. The only positive was the bath amenities, a full set of Acca Kappa."

"I've stayed in hotels for twenty or thirty years, and this is the first time it felt so much like home. Bringing the whole family to the hotel was exhausting, and I thought check-in would be complicated, but it wasn't. The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and patient, even giving us little gifts and fruit. As soon as we entered, the greeter on the right was fantastic; seeing I had elderly folks and kids, he immediately took our luggage, brought it directly to our room, adjusted all the equipment, and then left. I was going to tip him, but a cleaning lady came in to get something, and he just turned and left, so I felt awkward. The next day, we were climbing Mount Tai, and halfway up, I suddenly realized I'd lost my pair of 999 pure gold earrings. I called the hotel's customer service, half-heartedly asking if they found them to contact me, otherwise, no big deal. To my surprise, the hotel staff called in the afternoon saying they'd found them! Five or six staff members, all for a pair of not-so-valuable earrings, turned the entire room upside down multiple times, searching for hours. They found one in the bathroom and another under the bed. I am truly grateful. Although it's a small thing, it made me feel that the environment and human quality in Tai'an are truly exceptional. I usually dislike visiting Beijing and Shanghai the most, so I never expected the service quality at this hotel to be so good, and it's not because the earrings were less than a gram and not worth much. After descending the mountain in the afternoon, my legs were giving out, and I was in a hurry. My sister went to retrieve the car from the parking space, so I didn't even get a chance to properly thank these staff members. I can only express my gratitude through this review. You all worked hard, thank you! Thank you all so much for leaving me with such wonderful memories in Tai'an, making me want to come back again. Thank you, everyone, for your hard work! 🙏"

"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless and tidy, and the wooden decor made it feel both cozy and upscale. The huge mirror made the space feel incredibly spacious. The mountain and city views from the window were amazing, and watching the sunset in the evening was absolutely beautiful. The bedside projector was a great bonus too; it was so pleasant to snuggle in bed and watch movies at night. I had a very comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!"

"This stay was truly fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, making check-in and check-out efficient and quick. They were warm, polite, and responsive to all our needs. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed layout, spacious yet not cramped, and the soft, comfortable bedding made for a wonderful sleep. The room facilities were complete and in excellent condition; the air conditioning, hot water, and internet all worked perfectly. The room was thoroughly cleaned, with no dust in the corners and no unpleasant odors. The soundproofing was also excellent, keeping us away from noise and ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. Although the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, the overall value for money was still very high. The environment, cleanliness, and service were impeccable, making it highly recommended. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in need."

"Here are the things I liked about the hotel: 1. The location is pretty good, right next to Shenghe Shopping Plaza. There are a few stir-fry restaurants nearby that are really tasty. I recommend Guanghe Stir-fried Chicken; we got a coupon online for a 79 RMB double meal and couldn't even finish it all! A taxi to the Tianwaicun Tourist Center at Mount Tai was only 13 RMB. 2. The hotel room was well-maintained, and the bed was quite comfortable. 3. The service was also great. We received welcome fruit upon arrival, and water and snacks when checking out. They even upgraded us to a mountain view room, and we could see the Mount Tai scenery as soon as we entered. 4. Breakfast was quite substantial, and they even had roasted sweet potatoes. My only minor complaint is that the air conditioning was a bit loud. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs. Also, the hotel lobby decor felt a bit dated. Just my personal experience, hope it helps!"

"I'm a huge fan of Atour and a platinum member. Whenever I travel, I always choose Atour hotels. This stay at Atour Pangutiandi in Tai'an was a bit different from my usual experience. When I booked, I only looked at the price and overlooked the breakfast count. At check-in, I asked the lady at the front desk what I could do, and she immediately sorted it out for me. After checking out and while we were on our way to Qufu, we received a call from the Atour Tai'an front desk. My clothes were left in the room! After she contacted me, she immediately sent them via SF Express to the Atour hotel where I was staying in Qufu. When I offered to pay for the shipping, they said they would cover the cost, which really touched me. My main reason for loving Atour is that their breakfast caters to almost all tastes, and the comfort of their bedding truly makes you feel at home. Keep up the great work, Atour! I'll continue to be a loyal fan! They even gave me a lovely souvenir when I checked out, which I absolutely adore! 😘"
