"The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Cairo train station, which was perfect for me as I arrived by train from Alexandria. Because of its convenient location, many Chinese guests stay here, and I even met some fellow Chinese travelers during breakfast, including a kind owner from Zhejiang! Lubna at the front desk has excellent English and was incredibly helpful! She provided a lot of assistance, printed documents for me for free, and offered travel guidance. The hotel has been recently renovated, is very clean, and tastefully decorated! The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate for just me. The room rate was very affordable, and breakfast was included! The elevator is a bit old and small, and it doesn't stop on the same floor as the room, so you have to walk half a flight of stairs after getting out. However, there's always someone to help you with your luggage if you offer a small tip."

"Beautiful hotel, very clean, modern and stylish. Our room appears to be newly refurbished as well. The hotel is very safe, staff are very attentive. Except for one rude customer that I had an unfortunate pleasure of witnessing her very appalling childish behaviour toward staff during breakfast service. I feel so sorry for the staff who were treated by this person in such manner. They were nothing but respectful. They handled the incident very professionally and I was impressed. The hotel is also a walking distance to the Egyptian Museum, less than 300 meters walk. The lunch menu especially the lamb shank was an absolute delight according to my husband. The breakfast menu was grand and the best. Absolutely delicious spread. The pool area is very clean and the water is at its perfect temperature. We highly recommend the Steigenberger Hotel Chain. "I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The hotel is in a great location close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The entrance is elegant and gives a very good first impression. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was modern with plenty of hot water. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay, and the soundproofing made the room quiet despite being in the city center. I also appreciated the complimentary tea, kettle, and bottled water provided in the room. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh food every morning, and the sauna was a great place to relax after a busy day. The hotel also helped arrange airport transportation, which made my trip much easier. "Everything was absolutely amazing, from the staff's service to the respectful atmosphere of the hotel. There was no rudeness whatsoever. The entire staff and reception were wonderful; they gave me the room I wanted and even an upgrade! The room was gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you, especially the receptionist – I forgot his name – who I spoke to before arriving and reserved a room perfectly suited for me. Thank you very much!"

"The location is at city center nearby to Egyptian Museum. Plenty of amenities within 10 minutes walk. The famed Koshary Abu Tarek is within 6 minutes walk. The rooms are well maintained. There is a staff at the reception 24/7. Guests of all ages and nationalities can be accomodated. Suggestion for improvement: 1. The towels to be issued upon check-in and not upon request. 2. The lift need to be upgraded as I was ever caught inside when there is a power trip. And often the lift did not operate because the lift door was not closed properly. Understand that the lift is not manage by your hostel. Please request for it from the building owner as it is not acceptable. 3. Consider centralized air condition system. Anyone can turn off the air conditioner affecting others."

"This is not my first time staying at a Brassbell hotel, and once again, it was an excellent experience. The studio apartment feels like a complete home – a truly wonderful option! The room is clean, pleasant, and literally has everything you could need: a large bed that provided a great night's sleep; clean, new bed linen and towels; slippers; a kettle; and a full set of dishes (not just mugs with saucers and spoons, but a complete collection – plates, forks, a set of knives, wine glasses, regular glasses, a frying pan, pots, and even a Cezve for coffee – amazing!). Additionally, there are separate packets of tea, coffee, and creamer; bottled water (only upon check-in, no refills); a hairdryer; an iron; a full-sized wardrobe; a small table and two armchairs; a TV; air conditioning; a sink for washing dishes with a filter tap; a stove for cooking; and a washing machine – I used it, and it works perfectly! There's even laundry detergent in a special packet and box. Before coming to Egypt, I stayed in a premium-level studio apartment in El Alamein, but even there, they didn't provide laundry detergent or a full set of dishes. This hotel, however, has it all. Thank you! Here's a tip: if you need to dry clothes, after washing them, hang them on hangers, then hang the hangers on the upper metal rail of the shower corner – voilà, everything dries perfectly :) Hot water with good pressure is consistently available. The shower includes shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The staff are friendly, and you can store your luggage after checking out. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shops near the hotel, and Tahrir Square and the old museum are within walking distance. There's nothing negative to mention, as this accommodation option is simply fantastic for Egypt! Especially for the price. Given the room's amenities, it feels like a 5-star hotel. Perhaps the only minor suggestion would be to add towel hooks. The staff are polite and pleasant; they helped me with calling a taxi (for some reason, taxis have trouble pulling up directly to the hotel entrance, so they need directions). Huge thanks for the magnificent living conditions! If I return to Cairo, I'll definitely stay here again. I wish the hotel prosperity, well-being, and decent, grateful guests!"
