"We used this hotel as a family celebration trip. The facilities were beautiful and lovely, but what really impressed us was the warm and wonderful service from the staff. Due to the earthquake in Russia, trains were stopped and we had no means of transportation, but they extended our check-out time and were very accommodating. The food was delicious, and each dish was carefully prepared. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying, with so many options, including Japanese and Western cuisine, that we couldn't finish it all. We signed up for morning yoga, and started the morning off right in the open space surrounded by greenery on the property, listening to the birds chirping and feeling the breeze, which was a wonderful way to start the day. Next time we visit, we'd like to enjoy a cruise or something similar."

"I stayed here for one night during a trip to Ise-Shima. Since I was traveling by train, I used the free shuttle service to Kintetsu Ugata Station. I was concerned about whether the slippers allowed to be worn inside the hotel had been disinfected. It would be reassuring if there was a sign indicating this. (I was reluctant to wear slippers directly on my feet, so I wore socks over them throughout the stay.) 2. There was a thin layer of dust on the wall above the bed (the side of the room), so it might be a good idea to wipe the wall down about once a month. [Advice for Future Guests] When using the large public bath, you will need to walk on carpet from the slipper area at the entrance to the changing room. If you are uncomfortable walking barefoot, it may be a good idea to wear socks or bring your own. We checked in on Sunday and checked out on Monday, and the stay for two people, including breakfast, was less than 9,000 yen, which was a great deal. Access is not the best, but I would definitely stay here again at this price range."

If you check in late, you can't find a place to eat. The only convenience store at the station is only open until 18:00."
